Position 1: Senior Finance Coordinator
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position Grade: Grade 5
Job Summary
Senior Finance Coordinator is responsible for the adherence of financial policies & procedures, internal control, cash management, budgeting, budget monitoring, financial reporting, audit facilitation, staff supervision and support. Also responsible for the proper functioning of the finance units in in Ethiopia country office in all matters involving finance and control and management of assets.
Job Requirements
MA degree in accounting and or Finance
More than 6(six)-years of relevant experience preferably in NGO and or INGO.
Basic knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer: MS Excel, Accounting Software (Quick Book Software is preferable), Word and Access.
Knowledge of Quick books is an added advantage.

Position 2: Record and Archive Officer
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Duration of contract: One Year (with possibility of extension)
General description of Responsibilities
The Record and Archive officer performs Clerical works of the archives and preserves information’s and Data by safe keeping of permanent records and financial documents and other valuable documents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the registration of all imagine1day financial documents, incoming and outgoing letter and other valuable documents in soft copy and Hard copy in a safe keeping.
- Organize archival records and develop classification systems to facilitate easy access to archival materials.
- Ensure all the Imagine1day’s documents are recorded.

- Acquire and process new archival materials and maintain records of documents received, stored, issued, and returned and file catalogue cards according to system used.
- Provide reference services and assistance for users needing archival materials.
- Create and maintain accessible, retrievable computer archives and databases, incorporating current advances in electronic information storage technology.
- Preserve records, documents, and objects, copying records to film, videotape, audiotape, disk, or computer formats, as necessary.
- Keep formats, forms and other records.
- Update records and present documents for audit purpose when needed.
- Assist in the department with the day-to-day operations.
- Ensure the records and documents are safely maintained.
- Responsible for preparing a monthly report on overall monthly record and documentation.
- Report and propose for the discarding of inactive files or other documents.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications and Experience:
BA in Accounting, Management, Office Administration or related field
2 years of relevant experience preferably in NGO setting
Computer skill
Knowledge of English, Amharic is required. Knowledge of other local languages is advantageous

- Technical expertise in various data analysis software and proven experience using mobile technology for data collection with experience of electronic data collection using tablets or other devices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with statistical/graphical software or geo-spatial software.
- Proven experience with current technologies, such as web-based data management and analysis tools, digital data collection, mapping, Google applications, data visualization, interactive dashboards, etc.

- Good analysis and report writing skills
