INAD Promotions would like to invites competent and qualified candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Graphics Designer

Job Description

Job Brief:

  • Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
  • Creating images and layouts both on hand drawing and using design software
  • Testing graphics across various media
  • Accountable Creative Graphics Designing and Motion design works

 Responsibilities:

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements.
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
  • Test graphics across various media.
  • Amend designs after feedback.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

  • Proven Graphics Designing experience
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.

Position 2: Finance Manager

Duties & Responsibilities of the position:

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Post cash sales invoices, credit sales invoices, check payment vouchers, petty cash management.
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on overall financial transaction of the company.
  • Ensure cash collection from each sales with proper issuance of cash receipt and deposit the collected amount immediately to the company account.
  • Effect payment for contract-based employee for each project.
  • Prepare case collection and deposit status report weekly.
  • Operating cash register for issuance of receipts at the time of cash/check collection from clients.
  • Update and keep financial documents and records in appropriate record keeping formats.
  • Weekly reconciliation with each sales team and report to senior accountant.
  • Handle any cash and check transaction of the company i.e. collect and deposit cash, and check.
  • Assist finance manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
  • Perform other job related activities as assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

  • A minimum of BA degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years experience with at least 2 years in managerial position
  • Experiences in Peachtree, Excel, computer skill and other accounting software
  • Listing and writing Amharic and English languages
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
  • Flexibility regarding working hours.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Position 3: Project Manager

Project Manager Duties:

Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the line client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Job Requirements

Requirement:

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and different Project management software.

Position 4: Sales and Merchandiser

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategic approach to recruit merchants, conduct sales and collect data
  • Ensure that all the set targets are achieved
  • Report Daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Ensure brand visibility and represent the brand all the time
  • Demonstrate high level/professional skills to engage with consumers and customers
  • Ensure that stock orders are performed as needed and on time
  • Maintain accurate data about daily route
  • Gather relevant data, forward compiled and spotless report
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

 Required Number: 10

Job Type: Contract Employment – 1 year

Job Requirements

Requirement:

  • BA in Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics or any related field
  • Minimum of 1 year proven expérience in marchent recrutement or Sales
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in English and Amharic
