Position 1: MARKETING & SALES OFFICER
Required Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 2/1 years of experience in marketing or sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Good understanding of the Ethiopian market
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in renewable energy or solar products
• Experience in digital marketing or social media marketing
• Strong customer relationship management skills
Position 2: LITHIUM-ION BATTERY EXPERT
About You
Required Qualifications
• Degree in:
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics Engineering
• Energy Systems or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in:
• Lithium-ion battery systems
• Energy storage systems
• Strong knowledge of:
• Battery management systems (BMS)
• High-voltage systems
• Battery safety protocols
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with prismatic lithium-ion cells
• Experience in battery refurbishment / second-life batteries
• Familiarity with standards such as:
• IEC 62619
• IEC 62133
• UL 1973
• Experience in manufacturing, workshop, or lab environments
• Experience working in off-grid or renewable energy projects
