Position 1: Finance Manager
Education and experience
Education:
- Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce or Finance or master’s degree
Experience:
- Minimum 4 year of relevant experience for BA holders and 2 years for Master holders.
- Proven and progress if experience in financial management of different donors in NGO setting.
- Experience in managing commercial contracts of US, foundations and European grants will be an added advantageous.
Skills and Abilities:
- Good written and verbal skills in the English language
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, energetic, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.
- Proactive to seek to identify and communicate potential problems and propose solutions to the level of management appropriate to effect solutions.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as to work autonomously when required.
- Ability to use computer and Microsoft applications especially good knowledge of excel
- Committed to staff training and development

Position 2: Senior Health and Nutrition Manager
Job Requirements
- Masters level education in Health-related field such as RN or MPH. Must have health clinical background (MD, nursing, health officer)
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in managing health & nutrition projects in emergency contexts.
- Experience leading project implementation in a complex international development environment and/or conflict zones.
- Demonstrated experience supervising, managing, and providing technical support and assistance to field-based program/project staff.
- Previous experience in managing projects funded by BHA, UNICEF, WFP, BPRM, UNICEF and GAVI reporting, budgeting, procurement, and project management procedures.
- Proven capacity to negotiate and work with governments at different levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships, both within and outside IRC.
Educational Requirements:
MPH with clinical background and must have a first-degree graduate in medical doctor (MD), nursing, Midwife and/ or health officer field of study.
Skills required:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to prioritize and deliver on time
- Strong analytic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a dynamic, cross-functional global team structure
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage and work through change in a proactive and positive manner.
- Excellent management and coordination skills (project management, multisectoral coordination, multicultural technical teams, etc.).
- Professional expertise on operational planning and strategy in refugee, host and IDPs set up,
- Demonstrated experience in proposal development, including practical experience with budgeting, log-frame development, and writing of technical descriptions.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills in English, Tigrigna, Amharic, and other languages

Position 3: Supply Chain Officer – Transport
Job Requirements
Education: College degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
Work Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in supply chain operations
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
- Fluent English written and spoken. Knowledge of French and Arabic is added advantage. Competent with using computers, especially Microsoft Office Word and Excel spreadsheets and Outlook.
- Strong sense of personal integrity
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Team spirit and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Remains productive when under pressure
- Demonstrates a systematic and efficient approach to work.
- Relates and works well with people of different cultures, gender, and backgrounds.
- 3rd grade driving license
- Auto mechanic graduated from any authorized institution.

Position 4: Senior Livelihoods Officer
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
University degree (BSC) or MCS in agricultural economics, economics, or other related fields and with minimum of five years of work experience in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of livelihood projects.
Preferred experience & skills:
- 4 years of proven experience leading planning, , implementing, monitoring and evaluation of balanced livelihood project and preferable under refugee context
- Training in livelihoods /or balanced livelihoods, business skill or entrepreneurship training
- Relevant education and/or professional backgrounds in either rural/agricultural and/or urban (e.g. income generating activities, small enterprises, micro-finance, vocational training) livelihoods fields is helpful
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as, an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven track record to prioritize and deliver on time
- Strong analytic problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a dynamic, cross-functional distributed team structure
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with partners at all levels
- Ability to manage and work through change in a proactive and positive manner.
