Position 1: Linkage Director
JOB SUMMARY
The Linkage Director leads the Jamii one linkage team and oversees the linkage of Iddir members to the micro products that Jamii one has availed in partnership with financial institutions. S/he provides guidance and support to the Linkage Area Managers in achieving their respective area target. S/he will work extensively with the Regional and Town level Iddir Council and with other partners. S/he will be required to travel to monitor the performance of area managers. S/he will report to the general manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops annual plan and quarterly linkage target in collaboration with the area managers.
- Coordinate and train Jamii.one sales representatives on partnership-building and needs- focused sales including area management and KPI setting.
- Collaborate with the team on promotion and marketing plan to engage key identified stakeholders from the stakeholder mapping
- Collaborates and coordinate closely with Regional and town level Iddir Council Members for linking of Iddirs.
- Collaborate with insurance partners to monitor target, timely payment and track customer satisfaction.
- Set up a sales team reporting system to incorporate daily activities, core conversion metrics and market feedback to improve user experience and identify additional product needs.
- Manage sales dashboards using customer data as well as additional CRM features as needed.
- Monitor customer care requirements and process for post-conversion retention.
- Recommend commission structure based on commercial targets to drive sales team motivation.
- Conduct regular field visits with the team to monitor performance, adjust processes, coach for success and build high-level relationships with key partners.
- Work closely with management on day-to-day sales team activities including transport, lunch and communications allowances and CRM discipline.
- Collaborate on problem-solving for customer or partner disputes that arise over service delivery and sales team behavior.
- Supervises the Linkage Area Managers.
- Undertakes related tasks assigned by the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing and Sales or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years experience in managing national level sales teams in Ethiopia.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills and business development strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse sales data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience building and maintaining sales KPIs and commission structures.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision, self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills, interpersonal skill and skills to promote teamwork.
- Must demonstrate strong interest and commitment to community-based group such as Iddirs. Knowledge of an Iddir or membership in an Iddir is an added advantage.
- Must have demonstrable personal integrity and honesty and must have pleasant personality.
- Must be willing to travel frequently to project activity sub cities and woreda`s and must be flexible to use the weekend dates when required.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken Amharic and English, other local language is added advantage.
- Must reside in Addis Ababa and should be able to travel within the city 50% of working time and outside Addis on need basis.
Position 2: Digitalisation Director
Job Summary
The Digitization Director leads the Jamii one Digitization Team and oversees implementing the digitization of Iddir record keeping activities in Ethiopia using the Jamii.one Mobile application and Jamii.one Insight. S/he provides guidance and support to the Linkage Area Managers in achieving their respective area target. S/he will work extensively with the Regional and Town level Iddir Council and with other partners. S/he will be required to travel to monitor the performance of area managers. S/he will report to the general manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops annual digitalisation plan and quarterly linkage target in collaboration with the area managers.
- Coordinate and train Jamii.one digitisation representatives on the application and insight.
- Collaborate with the team on digitisation plan to digitise key features of the Iddir’s record keeping in the app.
- Monitor processes, provides support and contribute to the continuous use of the app.
- Collaborates and coordinate closely with Regional and town level Iddir Council Members for digitialisation of Iddir’s record keeping.
- Collaborate with devlopment team for continuous improvement of the Jamii.one app and Jamii.one insight to adress user’s need
- Manage the registration of data on the insight and set up a digitisation team reporting system to incorporate daily activities and feedback to track performance.
- Recommend commission structure based on commercial targets to drive digititalisation team motivation.
- Conduct regular field visits with the team to monitor performance, adjust processes, coach for success and build high-level relationships with key partners.
- Work closely with management on day-to-day digitalisation team activities including transport, lunch and communications allowances and CRM discipline.
- Supervises the Digitalisation Area Managers.
- Undertakes related tasks assigned by the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications:
- MSc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or related field
- A minimum of 8 years experience in digitalization rollout at national level or similar activity.
- Strong knowledge of the digital financial services, understanding of the ecosystem to implipment strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience building and maintaining digitization team, KPIs and commission structures.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision, self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills, intrapersonal skill and skills to promote teamwork.
- Must demonstrate strong interest and commitment to community-based group such as Iddirs. Knowledge of an Iddir or membership in an Iddir is an added advantage.
- Must have demonstrable personal integrity and honesty and must have pleasant personality.
- Must be willing to travel frequently to project activity sub cities and woreda`s and must be flexible to use the weekend dates when required.
Position 3: Deputy General Manager
Job Summary
The Deputy Manager will have the management responsibility for the operations activities of Jamii one Ethiopia. Accordingly, s/he will serve as a member of the national leadership team, and guide, advise, and supervise the relevant operations units across the country. Under the general guidance and supervision of the GM, the role overall is responsible for ensuring efficient and integrated operations and support services provision. S/he reports to the General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities are listed here but not limited to:
- Contribute to the formulation of Jamii one Ethiopia strategies and policies through advisory services to the Jamii one Ethiopia General Manager.
- Assist the General Manager in setting goals, targets and performance standards for projects, and recommend tools for monitoring, evaluation and auditing
- Provide technical advice and operational guidance on innovative approaches.
- Foster a positive work environment, respectful of team embers, and ensure that the highest standards of conduct are observed.
- Oversee all human resource processes including recruitment, salary administration and compensation, performance review, training and development, ensuring compliance with human resource rules, regulations, procedures and standards of performance and ensuring that hiring managers actively seek to create diverse teams in terms of gender and
- Prepare the Jamii one Ethiopia financial plan and manage the budget process/cycle to ensure timely revisions and reallocation.
- Supervise the Finance and Admin Manager and ensure compliance with the Jamii one Ethiopia/Financial Rules & Regulations and Finance procedures
- Manage the timely and efficient delivery of all administrative services, (e.g. asset management, organizational and personnel security, travel and IT).
- Manage the acquisition, maintenance, inventory, recording, verification and protection of project and administrative facilities/assets, including IT infrastructure, equipment and
- Undertakes related tasks assigned by the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of managing experience in leading team, business development, operations international and/or corporate organization.
- A very good understanding of digital financial solutions.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with team to achieve results in a responsible and collaborative manner.
- Ability to manage complex situations to resolve issues and deliver results.
- Must demonstrate strong interest and commitment to community-based group such as Iddirs. Knowledge of an Iddir or membership in an Iddir is an added advantage.
- Must have demonstrable personal integrity and honesty and must have pleasant personality.
- Must be willing to travel frequently to project activity sub cities and woredas and must be flexible to use the weekend dates when required.
- Full working knowledge of English and Amharic is essential.
- Must reside in Addis Ababa and should be able to travel outside Addis on need basis
