Position: Real estate sales supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2 years as a sales consultant and in a managerial position
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales
  • Strong managerial skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales staff and assisting in generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate sales and management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream home.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the sales team closely on a daily basis
  • Help the team in generating leads through different channels and work on the follow-ups
  • prepare sales and marketing strategies
  • prepare sales report
  • help in setting a sales goal
  • Conduct property showings with the sales staff when necessary and provide
  • guidance to the sales team on the selling process
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and changes
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand knowledge and network
