Position 1: Senior sales officer
Job Description
You will be directly responsible for performing the following task to the highest standards:
- Lead, hire, coach and monitor the sales team so they achieve personal targets and team targets.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team and monitor the sales performance of the team on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Identify sales opportunities, develop & implement sales strategies pan to achieve sales target.
- Manage the sales team to achieve targets using the standard sales processes within Sales force.
- Track and analyze prospect progress through the funnel, conversions of forecasts & opportunities, and monitor activity and performance.
- Introduce new ideas to help increase lead generation, run campaigns, and improve tools and the sales processes to ensure the team is successful.
- Identify training requirements for the sales team & individual members and work with the training team to deliver the required training, Coach and mentor individuals for performance improvement.
- Develop career paths for the team and help them work towards their professional goals.
- Apply and track appropriate sales metrics for the team and regularly report to senior management.
- Monitor the results and success of various sales campaigns and programs; evaluate results based on prospect generation, conversions and targets achieved.
- Conduct regular market intelligence and competition analysis; track market trends, identify threats and opportunities and recommend and implement strategies and plans to address them.
- Responsible for developing and providing analysis of key business metrics and helping shape and drive long term strategy.
- Participate in internal sales training and certification programs to maintain high levels of knowledge and proficiency, provided administrative and customer service support for clients traveling to different part of the world
- Processed visa applications, both by mail and in person, responded to client inquiries concerning the visa application process.
- Responsible for the arrangement for visas, timely submission and pick up of applications; regularly liaise with various consulates/embassies as appropriate, and arranged payment for visa procurement.
- Maintained files, distributed mails according to department, creating end-of-day reports, consulting client’s one-on- one basis regarding visa process.

- Liaised with clients over the telephone, through written communication and in person, and ensure that all administration is completed, and resolve any problems.
- Collected of Fees through cash, credit/debit card.,Tallied the number of applications taken for the day and handing over the fee amount to the head accountant at the end of the day.
- Served as the de facto office manager and am responsible for ordering office supplies, staff lunches, and writing checks to embassies.
- Provided support and creation of talking points for agency events that are used as external engagement opportunities including promotion and onsite photos and video
- Planed, coordinated, and ensured successful execution of text and phone banks, letter-writing campaigns, virtual or door-to-door canvassing and other activities each day.
- Provided skills training, coaching and ongoing support to volunteers, Ensured that benchmarks for volunteer recruitment, voter outreach and direct engagement are met.
- Manages, coordinates, and executes sales activities, recruiting talent, and maintaining client relationships.
- Manage sales strategy, execution, and results.
- Develops and manages sales pipelines with prospective clients.
- Serve as client liaison to ensure timely response to customer needs
- Assisting less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers during outbound telephone calls.
- Providing support to less experienced Sales Representatives as needed.
- Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
- Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
- Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Promptly submitting customers’ purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
- Expanding industry knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.

Position 2: Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the long-term financial stability of the company.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Manage cash flow and treasury operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and other financial institutions.
- Oversee risk management activities, including insurance, hedging, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the finance team and provide leadership and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, with more than 8 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Master’s degree in finance or a related field, with more than 6 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and risk management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software applications.
