Position 1: HR Officer
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure timely recruitment of staff.
- Prepare and put up advertisements for job vacancies on notice boards, recruitment websites, etc.
- Liaise with Recruitment Agency for hiring high-end talent.
- Insert new joiner into HRI system
- Follow-up Probation process of a new joiner.
- Prepare and control employees’ personal files.
- Analysis of worker turnover and migration causes
Employment Process
- For the shortlisted candidate prepare a Letter of Medical and Forensic Check, Offer, and Contract Agreement.
- Inform and liaise with the candidate to sign the Letter of Offer and to provide necessary documents, Bank Account, qualification certificates, testimonials, etc.
- Arrange workplace, computer, office equipment/stationery, PPE.
- Create the new worker/staff information in the HRI system
Leave and Contract Management
- Timely renewal of fixed-term employees’ contract
- Ensure all employees have a company ID.
- Manage employee leave and attendance.
- Update employee leave and overtime data in the HR IT system.
- Plan for workers to use their accrued annual leave balance on time.
- negotiate with staff and their representatives on issues relating to attendance, pay and conditions, contracts, and redundancy
Compensation and Attendance Management
- Assist in uploading attendance information to payroll, checking and ensuring the accuracy of the attendance records.
- Ensure all supporting documents for payroll are filed in the payroll file for audit purposes.
- Daily absent, present employee report
- Preparing Weekly & monthly HR reports
- Make sure resigned employees complete the clearance procedure.
Training Administration
- Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
- Monitor and update the list of training courses attended by the worker and staff.
- Source and register the staff for the training course approved by Management.
- Highlight to Management compulsory training courses for workers/staff.
- Arrange and make payment to the training organizer upon registration.
- Inform staff on the date and venue of the training courses.
- File the certificates in the worker/staff personal file upon completion of the training course as part of project submission.
- Arranged awareness training for the workers on their legal requirements, wages, and benefits, OT calculation system, company personnel policies, safety, health, and hygiene, etc.
- Encourage and motivate workers for better performance and make them understand about
- importance of the factory’s rules and regulations, buyer’s needs & Country Laws.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by your immediate supervisor.
Reporting to: HR Manager
Functional Relationships: Admin Manager, HR (Admin) Assistant, and Factory Admin
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Public Management, related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources Management.
Additional Requirements
- Should have good command in English (Oral & Written)
- Must be a good team player.
- The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality
- Proficient in MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
- Candidate with experience with HR software is desirable.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
- Good inter-personal & communication skills
- Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
- Sound knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law Proclamation No. 1156/2019.

Position 2: Billing Officer
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect dealer orders and update them into the SAP system
- Billing invoice
- Generate performa invoice
- Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports from POS/ PEDS/ SAP systems.
- Generate credit and cash invoices from the SAP system
- Timely annual cash register machine maintenance
- Verify the accuracy of the dealer Tin number, FS number, discount percentage, customer name, and attachments.
- Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager
- Functional Relationships: Sales and Finance team
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
- Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Accounting softwares (SAP) and e-tax system.

Position 3: Senior Executive – Standardization
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists Operations Managers for meeting the plant promises on quality
- Standardization of new products & formulations on shop floor & improving QRI
- Control of AWD & in process non conformances & calculation of PONC
- Monitoring of Process and Product Quality Plans, Rejection, and Rework Analysis to achieve close to zero defects
- Supports implementation of Quality management system (QMS) with QA department across plants
- Co-coordinating with Central Quality Support group for carrying out Internal and External Quality audits and closure of Non-Conformities with all stakeholders.
- Maintaining coordination with technical function, plant production, and plant engineering for smooth implementation of new products introduction
- Conducting design review (Gate meeting) with Technology and Operations for new product/RM/major AIG changes
- Designing and implementing new processes and products and troubleshooting issues related to existing/new products
- Take part in cross-functional plant teams in quality improvement
- Responsible for goal setting, review, and management of performance of direct reports and indirect reports
- Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Reporting to: Operations Head
- Functional Relationships: Plant team, Unit Supply Chain – Raw Materials & Packing Materials, Technology Function, Central Supply Chain (CSC) & Corporate Quality & Safety (CQS), Quality Assurance & Control department, Customer Complaints –Charter Calls
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry from a recognized University.
- Experience in manufacturing process industry like Paint, Chemical, Pharma, FMCG, Automobiles with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
Additional Requirements
- Six Sigma black belt certification/ Certified quality engineer / QMS auditor
- Manufacturing process domain from Paint or Chemical industry
- Proficient in manufacturing process knowledge
- Result orientation
- Good Data analysis & Problem-solving skills
