Position 1: HR and Admin Officer
Job Outline
Offering 1st line HR and Admin related advice/support to employees across a full range of HR and Admin issues including recruitment, performance management, absence management, and administration of company benefits, insurance, and medical schemes.
Recruitment – Coordinates the recruitment process, arranging advertising, liaising with agencies, and shortlisting candidates. Interviews and arranges company inductions. 1st line interviewer for non-management roles. Helps and supports HR and Admin Manager in the administration of senior posts. Preparation of contracts and offer letters.
Payroll – Prepare payroll inputs and submit monthly payroll inputs to the finance department on or before the agreed submission deadline.
Employment Law – Provides basic advice, support, and training to staff on HR policies and procedures. Advises staff on changes to Handbook and policies.
Performance Management – Administrator of annual performance reviews – reporting development needs, and performance management requirements to the HR and Admin Manager for action.
Reports – Preparation of monthly HR reports and other reports requested by managers.
Staff Forum – Responsible for producing minutes from the staff forum meeting, and facilitating the arrangements for long service awards and staff functions.
Medical/Pension/ Insurance – Administrator of company medical, insurance, and pension schemes in making sure that the renewals are forwarded for authorization at the appropriate time. Maintaining records of starters and leavers from the schemes.
Expats Management – Coordinates the relocation of expatriate employees and is in charge of finding them accommodation and transportation, processing their work permits and IDs, and taking care of any other needs they may have so they may settle in quickly and teaches expatriates about cultural awareness.
Facilities – Supervise and monitors all sub-contractors, contract staff, and staff (cleaning & security) responsible for the implementation of maintenance program to maintain facilities to high standards in collaboration with the General Service Supervisor.

Position 2: Service Engineer
Job Outline
- Offer after-sales technical support and solutions and in particular carry out preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting repairs, overhauls, and offer technical support to customers both in the field and in the workshop as per the set Caterpillar standards in a professional manner
- Troubleshoot and repair failures in the safest, quickest possible time.
- Ability to diagnose all equipment with or without supervision; ability to read, follow, understand, and communicate schematics.
- Carry out repairs to machines/equipment in the minimum possible time and the minimum number of trips to customer’s sites.
- Portray a representable image for both himself and the Company in front of customers.
- Evaluate Parts for re-usability.
- Cleans disassembled parts and carries out inspection with his supervisor using appropriate guidelines for parts reusability.
- Responsible for proper labeling and storage of disassembled components and parts.
- Ensures that all parts ordered are correct and are from the latest SIS that particularly applies to the particular machine model and serial number.
- Ensures that the parts are cleaned properly and assembly is done in a contamination free condition.
- Ensures that all disassembled components are properly kept, open lines capped and plugged.
- Responsible for proper handling of the tools and equipment used.
- Responsible for booking the time he spent on the various jobs performed.
- Perform other related jobs in the workshop as well as in the field when assigned by supervisor
- Responsible to keep all replaced parts, if warranty should be returned to warranty office, if chargeable should be delivered to the customers.
- Makes sure that unused parts, if any, are returned to the warehouse before the job is closed.
- Reports unusual events and explains to supervisor when asked.
- Prepares accurate and timely service reports and SIMS for the jobs completed and submits them on time.
- Performs overtime work whenever required to do so.
- Return unused Parts on job completion to facilitate job closing and invoicing.
- Perform other related jobs in the workshop as well as in the field when assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain his field vehicle if made available in a clean and presentable condition.
- Uses special tools in safe respectful manner, reporting any damage or breakage immediately to his supervisor.
- Follows company rules and regulations and appropriate safety measures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhere to all safety procedures.
- Be willing and capable of passing on his skills to trainees under his supervision, in line with his department’s traineeship program, or be receptive of being trained in coaching and assessing in the workplace.
- Maintain positive customer relations through a very professional interaction with customers.
- Carry out any jobs deemed necessary by the Service Operations.
SKILLS
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English

- Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced service environment. Able to perform generator inspections.
- Ability to operate a service vehicle or having valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Must be proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Able to work on weekends and holidays.
- Ability to operate and maintain a field service vehicle Maintain a tool inventory sufficient to perform assigned tasks.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Should be trustworthy and have good customer handling skills.
- Should have SIS, ET, and basic Microsoft office knowledge
Qualifications
- BSC degree in Mechanical, Electrical, and Electromechanical or any related field of study.
- 2 years Experience as a Service engineer

Position 3: Parts Counter Analyst/Internal Sales Representative
Job Outline
To effectively respond to all customer product support inquiries and promptly process parts orders
To effectively execute the territory sales plan, championing customer success and meeting the sales target through the sales of Kerchanshe Equipment products and services within their assigned product portfolio and customer territory.
- Liaise with prospects and customers via phone and proactively ensure customer coverage in assigned territory. Deliver sales revenue targets as agreed with Product Support Sales Manager.
- Receive parts orders by phone.
- Effectively respond to all customer product support inquiries and promptly process parts orders.
- Develop and rebuild relationships (CRM) with customers.
- Liaise with prospects and customers via phone and proactively ensure customer coverage in assigned territory.
- Deliver sales revenue targets as agreed with Product Support Sales Manager
- Receive customers at the parts counter.
- Accurately and promptly reference all parts inquiries.
- Identify key commercial opportunities through ongoing communication with customers in the assigned territory to deliver revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through regular customer contact to ensure the maximization of all revenue-generating opportunities
- Develop a clear understanding of customers’ business challenges and needs; build relationships with customers, log calls on SalesForce, and follow up on all leads.
- To participate in quotations preparation
- To present relevant technical publications as appropriate
- To provide the weekly pre-call plan and report daily activities and refers any difficulties/challenges to the supervisor for action.
- To assist with the solution and resolution of customer complaints/problems
- To perform any other related duties as required by product support sales management.
SKILLS

Qualifications
