Position 1: – Trainee Graduates(Only Female Applicants)
Required Qualifications:
Graduates of years 2024G.C. With BA Degree in psychology and sociology related fields.

Position 2: – Senior Payment Accountant
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Verifies that all source documents are original, correct and the amounts are true liabilities of the company
Verifies petty cash payments and forwards them for approval to the concerned authorities.
Confirms that all proper documents are attached with payment requests before preparing payments.
Reviews the prepared payroll at the end of every month and report to the immediate supervisor.
Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes.
Assist the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and other management need driven reports.
Responsible for the timely settlement, in consultation with immediate supervisor, of payroll tax, pension, staff provident fund and other obligations.
Ensures that the necessary format and documentation is used before and after payment is effected.
Reviews and monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Reviews, checks, and verifies the supporting documents for payment request and prepares cheque for signature by signatories.
Closes monthly reports and prepares periodic financial reports upon request.
Codes expenses with correct budget line account.
Makes sure that all relevant, cheques, payment approval, and other source documents are kept safely
Protects the business against unintentional overpayment.
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualification and Skills
BSc/BA or MSc/MA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, or related fields.
Experience
5 years for BSc/BA
3 years for MSc/MA
Skills:
Familiarity with tax law and regulations.
Time management skills. Good communication and presentation skills.
Well organized and ability to act in a professional and ethical manner.
Detail analytical and interpretation skills of financial data
Competency in computer applications, email, and Microsoft offices.
Knowledge of accounting software/Peachtree accounting software.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Serves as focal person for all certification and standards-related needs
Recruits and registers farmers , signs an agreement on behalf of the Company
Trains outgrowing farmers in annual basis and provide technical support
Recruits, trains and mobilizes internal inspectors
Plans and undertakes internal inspections
Undertakes yield estimation and reports it to site managers and the certification department
Organizes field data, makes an updates
Prepares certification documents and submits on timely basis
Prepares traceability documentation and makes a follow up
Monitors the implementation of policy documents, quality manuals, Standard Operational Procedures, at site level
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualification
BSC in Environmental science, Agriculture, Natural resource Management, or other related fields.
Experience:

Skills

Local language for the specific site

Position 4: – Purchaser
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Receives purchase requests and orders from user departments and process for timely acquisition and availability of required items or services.
Verifies purchase requisitions, clarifies unclear items description, and recommends alternative items having similar use.
Assists in the preparation of bid documents and supplier bid lists to obtain competitive quotations on goods and services.
Participates in technical evaluation committees when appointed and do the analysis report as required.
prepares purchase orders, in consultation with senior Procurement Expert, by verifying specifications and price.
Forwards purchase orders to suppliers and expedites orders.
Collects purchased items from suppliers.
Verifies the product specifications and quantity as per the Purchase Order.
Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves delivery error with suppliers.
Initiates payment requisition for purchases by compiling receiving and other supporting documents which evidence purchases of goods.
Evaluates and monitors contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes.
Prepares and maintains accurate records and documentation on all purchases, contracts, correspondence and related follow up.
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Qualification and Skills
BA degree in Business management, supply chain management, accounting or related fields.
Experience
2 years and above experience as purchaser preferably experience with a FMCG company
Skills
Understanding of e-business / e-procurement systems
Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher amongst others.
Knowledge of Ethiopian procurement statutes
Ability to compile, review, categorize, prioritize, analyze and interpret data and/or information
Verbal and written communication skills.
Time management skills.
