Position 2: – Senior General Accountant
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists and participates in the preparation of operational plan of the Finance function.
- Reviews and refines financial transactions and accounts based on Company policies and procedures.
- Prepares the general journals for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Reviews and checks the completeness and adequacy of financial documents.
- Inspects & tests books of accounts for accuracy and performs other advanced general accounting tasks.
- Checks all transactions and decisions are supported by proper documentation and authorization.
- Verifies that bank statements are reconciled with the book of accounts.
- Confirms expenditures are justified, properly made, signed, and charged to correct accounts/project budget.
- Reconciles general ledger for assigned accounts, researches discrepancies and prepares and/or correct journal entries in the general ledger.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
- Participates in the preparation of Corporate financial reports such as balance sheet, income statements (profits and loss) and other related reports.
- Collects and analyzes financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
- Produces error-free accounting reports and presents their results.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Ensures the Company complies with federal, state, and local financial and legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

Position 3: – Senior Banking Expert in credit
Responsibility:
- Under close supervision of the director,
- Conducts business plans for financing,
- Analyze the financial cost implication of all borrowings,
- Follow all credit request status in the banks till approval and disbursement,
- Liaison with respective loan officers/CRMs of all banks,
- Follow up all credit facilities with all banks,
- Maintain proper loan contract and copies of collateral insurance policy files,
- Follow and make sure all loan repayments are being discharged per the contract,
- Ensure all collaterals are estimated,
- Ensure all collaterals have proper insurance cover and cover policy is renewed on time,
- Hold all copies of collateralized Land holding certificate and Libras of vehicles and machineries
- Conduct post disbursement follow-ups;
Follows up the timely collection of loan contractual agreements for subsequent filling, and other related activities as instructed by his director.

Position 4: – Sales Supervisor (For Buna plate and Buna plan)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Sales supervisors are responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives. They provide guidance, support and motivate the team members to achieve their sales targets.
- Monitoring the stock reconciliation being with the accountant.
- Monitoring sales collection on daily basis to ensure all the sold items amount are credited to the companies account.
- Providing a written to immediate supervisors report whenever there is stock shortage or overage with the sales teams and taking corrective action.
- Producing immediate written report when there is cash sales delay to sales and marketing department.
- Controlling and monitoring Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales of all plate van sales and Mercato shop.

Position 6: Senior Fleet Dispacher
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and revises transport service provision programs based on the service need of various work units.
- Ensures there is job order raised and signed off before any vehicles are sent to the garage for routine maintenance or accidental repair.
- Establishes the system of preventive maintenance and repairs of all vehicles and accessories, ensuring that repairs meet manufacturer’s specifications.
- Facilitates the annual technical inspection of vehicles and trucks to be performed on time.
- Oversees regular diagnostic checks of all vehicles and take action for timely and quality maintenance and repair.

- Handles policy renewals timely.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and monitors the Department’s strategic, operational plans and budgets.
- Determines the company’s tax position and the applicability of taxable/non-taxable instruments.
- Identifies and mitigates tax risks.
- Reviews and processes Withholding Tax (WHT) and Value Added Tax (VAT) schedule into the proper tax location, tax types, tax categories, taxpayer entities, and tax amounts.
- Follows up compliance with tax and other regulatory requirements and guidelines and ensure timely and accurate payment of all tax and customs, and pension obligations to the concerned authorities.

Position 9: General Accounts & Treasury Manager
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and monitors the Department’s strategic, operational plans and budgets.
- Reviews the general ledger structure, chart of accounts, policies, and procedures to enable financial statement preparation and compliance with all required financial audits.
- Initiates the updating of chart of account whenever needed and facilitates opening of general and subsidiary ledger accounts.
- Manages the process of preparation and review of journal entries, balance sheet and reconciliations.
- Oversees effective implementation of company’s financial policies and procedures and ensures relevant government regulations are observed by all concerned parties.
- Checks all reconciliations are properly and timely prepared.
- Reviews transactions to ensure they are properly recorded, and books of accounts are balanced.
- Leads the preparation of general accounting reports at the end of each month and reports it to the immediate supervisor.
- Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month-end information and ensures accuracy of financial statements.
- Follows up timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual interim financial statements report.
- Provides required documents and explanations to external and internal auditors.
- Facilitates external auditing and follow up the timely completion of the Annual Audit Reports.
- Validates and analyzes financial statements, performs variance analysis, and follows up on key issues identified.
- Reviews and recommends improvements to finance policies, internal controls, systems, and processes.
- Prepares the corporate consolidated financial reports to show profit and losses and gives professional comment with recommendations.
- Leads the implementation and development of new procedures and features to improve the workflow of the department.
- Ensures authorized signatories are up to date, signs statements on time, and coordinates reviews as needed.
- Anticipates and documents the impact of new accounting rules on the Company’s financial statements.
- Ensures integrity of the accounting system by monitoring that accounting transactions are correctly posted, and financial and management reports are produced on a timely basis.
- Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Educational level:
BA/MA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
10 years for BA and 8 years for MA
