Position 1: Sales Officer
Sales Officer Responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
- Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
- Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.

Qualification

Position 2: Senior Banking Expert in credit
Responsibility:
- Under close supervision of the director,
- Conducts business plans for financing,
- Analyze the financial cost implication of all borrowings,
- Follow all credit request status in the banks till approval and disbursement,
- Liaison with respective loan officers/CRMs of all banks,
- Follow up all credit facilities with all banks,
- Maintain proper loan contract and copies of collateral insurance policy files,
- Follow and make sure all loan repayments are being discharged per the contract,
- Ensure all collaterals are estimated,
- Ensure all collaterals have proper insurance cover and cover policy is renewed on time,
- Hold all copies of collateralized Land holding certificate and Libras of vehicles and machineries
- Conduct post disbursement follow-ups;
- Follows up the timely collection of loan contractual agreements for subsequent filling, and other related activities as instructed by his director.
Qualification:

Position 3: Sales Expert (Stock)
Responsibility:
- Monitor stock levels
- Conduct regular stock count for Addis Ababa Van sales and up count
- Implement and maintain stock control procedure
- Prepare periodic reports on stock movements, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with finance and Audit Department
- Analyse inventory data to identify trends, and risks.

Qualification/skill:

Responsibilities:
- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses.
- Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls
- Ensure operation of security equipment and surveillance cameras by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques

Position 5: Senior Construction Accountant
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage ERP system attributes used to control Development Lifecycle reports
- Develop, implement, and maintain construction management system, including setting up projects (jobs), budgets, job costs, cost codes, contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and various construction progress reports.
- Review and analyze capitalization of costs. Ensure compliance with policy.
- Manage process for proper coding of construction invoices (payment applications) and lien releases for contractor and vendor invoices.
- Maintain contract documents including records of lien releases in appropriate files.
- Analyze and review construction status with Project/Construction Managers. Direct and participate in cost analyses.
- Prepare/gather materials related to construction and cost accounting matters for internal and external auditors.

Qualifications:
B.A. Degree from recognized university in Accounting and Finance or Accounting
Work Experience:
Above 5 years’ of work experience out of which 2 years as a Senior accountant.
Skills:

- Basic knowledge of best practices in accounting and financial regulations and other account software;

Position 6: Senior Tax Accountant
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Makes sure all taxes are recorded on the right general ledger account.
- Declares taxes including VAT, WHT, income tax, profit tax, Excise tax, pensions, and others on time.
- Responsible for implementation of available tax laws, directives, and regulations of the company and the nation.
- Conducts analysis on tax relief business status and report to the management.
- Prepares and gives to the general accounts section to post monthly excise tax provision as per the law.
- Responsible for tax reconciliation and justify if any difference.
- Ensures tax liabilities (VAT, Excise tax, payroll tax, withholding tax, and pension) are calculated correctly and declared & paid on time.
- Makes sure that all tax declarations are reconciled with financial ledger.
- Verifies the details of the input and output VATs and ensures that they are properly reconciled against system VAT ledger.
- Ensures payroll is prepared in line with the Company’s policy and the prevailing tax and labor law.
- Liaises with the tax authority if there is any appeal by the company following tax audits.
- Gives tax training for the finance and management staff as appropriate and keeps them updated when there are new tax laws.
- Organizes and gives tax trainings for the finance and management staff as appropriate and keep them updated when there are new tax laws.
- Advises the management on the tax implications of the company’s strategy and policies.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists and participates in the preparation of operational plan of the Finance function.
- Reviews and refines financial transactions and accounts based on Company policies and procedures.
- Prepares the general journals for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Reviews and checks the completeness and adequacy of financial documents.
- Inspects & tests books of accounts for accuracy and performs other advanced general accounting tasks.
- Checks all transactions and decisions are supported by proper documentation and authorization.
- Verifies that bank statements are reconciled with the book of accounts.
- Confirms expenditures are justified, properly made, signed, and charged to correct accounts/project budget.

- Produces error-free accounting reports and presents their results.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains accurate costing systems in relation to labor, production methods and material supply.
- Analyzes changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services to determine effects on costs.
- Estimates new and proposed product costs as well as product changes.
- Analyzes the data collected and logs a detailed record of the results.
- Prepares (monthly, quarterly, and annual) cost forecasts.
- Analyzes monthly Cost of goods sold (CoGS), Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and Manufacturing variance journal entries.
- Analyzes data on material and labor costs to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness.

- Analyzes actual costs and prepares periodic report comparing standard costs to actual costs and recommend cost efficiencies.
- Provides finance support on business cases; project cost calculations/quotations for strategic projects with appropriate labor and overhead rates and overall production costs (make/buy, outsourcing/insourcing).
- Prepares product cost reports which meet the needs of managers and other employees using the information.
- Reconciles general ledger account balances for inventory, material expense and production costing items.
- Assists cost related issues in Ad-Hoc projects to improve overall financial process and controls.
- Evaluates and updates standard costs on a quarterly basis, which includes the review and analysis of material, direct & indirect labor, and other overhead costs incurred.
- Provides input and recommendations for streamline processes and updates of the cost accounting policies and procedures.
- Reviews and drives cost reductions, working capital opportunities and manufacturing productivity improvements.
