Position 1: IT Manager/System Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Manager who will also serve as a Systems Administrator. This dual role involves overseeing our organization’s IT infrastructure, optimizing our ERP systems, managing the deployment of the MS Suite throughout the organization, and ensuring secure and efficient document management and company communications. The ideal individual will have a robust technical foundation, commendable problem-solving acumen, and the capacity to collaborate seamlessly with various teams

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Work Experience:

5+ years of proven experience as an IT manager or in other relevant roles and complete knowledge of information technology management system.

Competency/Prerequisites:

  • Pertinent certifications in ERP systems, MS Suite, and communication platforms.
  • Demonstrable expertise in directing and maintaining ERP systems, like SAP and ODOO.
  • Substantial experience in managing MS Office Suite tools, secure document management systems, and company communication platforms such as Slack and Teams.
  • Acquaintance with GDPR and Ethiopian legal stipulations concerning data protection and regulatory adherence.
  • Good understanding of data management, security and governance.
  • Working experience with computer networks, its installation and administration.
  • Ability to manage IT services and infrastructure.
  • Leadership qualities and good management skills.

Position 2: – Corporate Service Director

Job Description:

The Corporate Services Director is a senior executive that plays a pivotal role in ensuring our organization’s support functions, such as human resources, administration, IT, and more, align with the overarching goals and objectives. This role is entrusted with strategic leadership, departmental oversight, and the responsibility to lead several pivotal functions within the organization.

Education:

MA or BA degree in business administration, Management, HR or other related field.

Professional Certification (preferred)

Work Experience:

10+ years of experience in senior corporate services role at a management level and progressive responsibility in corporate administration.

Competency/Prerequisites:

  • Hands-on experience supervising and leading various support departments.

Position 4: – Gender and Youth Focal Person

Job Description:

  • Support the Gender Specialist in the development and implementation of the Access to Finance Program’s gender and youth strategy.
  • Collaborate with program teams to integrate gender and youth perspectives throughout program planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Conduct gender and youth analyses to identify gaps and opportunities for targeted interventions as well as review and provide input into the design of program activities, ensuring they are gender-responsive and youth-inclusive.
  • Provide training to program staff on gender and youth issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate the program’s progress on gender and youth equality.
  • Work with the Gender Specialist and other team members to ensure that the program is meeting the needs of women, girls, and youth.
  • Representing the program at conferences and events on gender and youth equality.
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to leverage their expertise and resources in addressing gender and youth-related challenges.
  • Developing and maintaining the program’s gender and youth database.

Education:

Master’s degree in gender studies, women’s studies, youth development, or a related field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement a comprehensive strategy for the delivery of digital BDS to support entrepreneurship and business development.
  • Work with partners and stakeholders to design and deliver online training programs on a variety of business development topics, such as marketing, sales and financial management amongst others
  • Work with partners, community organizations in the development and implementation of digital BDS programs tailored to the needs of target communities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met and support is garnered.
