KK Private Limited Company was founded by Mr. Ketema Kebede 40 years ago as a small entrepreneurial effort. It has since transformed into a formal business entity and was established as a trading company in Ethiopia in 1992. Initially, KK started as a distribution agent for textile products and experienced fast growth, leading to the hiring of three professional staff members. Under the leadership of the founder General Manager, KK became a highly organized trading company and a reliable partner for international trading companies.

KK Private Limited Company would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following Positions.

Position 1: Contracts Administration

Job Description:

The contract Administrator is responsible for preparation of contract documents, settlements of agreements, contracts of law, reviewing specifications and contracts, negotiate contract terms with stakeholders, monitor follow-ups of payment and disputes.

Job Requirements:

BSC Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Work Experience: With minimum of 5 years of experience in the Real Estate or Construction sector.

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Deadline: November 01, 2023

Position 2: QS-Engineer

Job Description

The QS-Engineer is responsible for preparing take off sheets, BOQ and cost control reports, who know to prepare methods of preparing specifications, methods of measurements, price analysis. Who can also support of procurement process and technical requirements, check payments for sub-contractors.

Job Requirements

BSC Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Work Experience: With 5 years of relevant experiences in the Real Estate or Construction Sectors.

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Deadline: November 01, 2023

Position 3: Office Administration

Job Description

Office Administrator is responsible for proper filing and office operations and procedures of construction industry, managing and organizing project documentations, good coordination within departments all kinds of office works assigned by line managers and the department and any Engineering related support with good computer skills.

Job Requirements

BSC Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Deadline: November 02, 2023
