KKGT Import Export would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Senior marketing office

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities.
  • Conduct a market analysis to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
  • Expand and develop marketing platforms, including social media platforms.
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
  • Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results.
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget.
  • Deliver marketing activity within the agreed budget.
  • Develop a pricing strategy.
  • Create marketing presentations.
  • Liaise with media and advertising
  • Collaborate with the sales function.
  • Monitor industry best practices.

Education and Experience

  • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
  • Technical marketing skills
  • Proven experience in customer and market research
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Digital marketing skills
  • Experience with relevant software applications

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate orally;
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate information derived from a variety of sources;

Position 2: Senior Export Officer

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all export activity and the record keeping related to it are in compliance with domestic & international regulations by working with the relevant agency (Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Trade, etc.).
  • Works with suppliers and agents to arrange proper in-transit permissions on shipments to various locations,
  • Responsible for the company’s export license processes
  • Responsible for managing suppliers, brokers, forwarder and transport companies exporting local products to the buyer company,
  • Prepares various export forms to timely submit/receive to/from various agents(Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Trade, other Gov’t organs,)
  • Manage all necessary documents processed/ to submit to necessary agencies timely
  • supervises and manages export team,
  • Track, trace and monitor export goods coming from all sources of the company at all times
  • Works with Gov’t agencies when they arrive in the company’s export facilities
  • Ensure payment of bills in collaboration with the finance department,
  • Approve every document and transactions based on   the responsibilities of the department.
  • Prepare export documents working with forwarders/transit company’s and customer to ship out

Location: Addis Ababa

Salary: 25,000 ETB

Job Requirements

  • BA/MA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics and other related fields
  • 6/4 Years Relevant Experience in all aspects of developing and managing exporting products
  • Technical exporting products marketing skills
  • Digital marketing skills
  • Experience with relevant software applications

Position 3: Store keeper

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure receipt of all goods and materials.
  • Ensure receipt of all goods and materials procured/ certify that they are as detailed on supporting procurement documentation and accepted by incoming inspection, against issuing of Goods Receiving Voucher.
  • Properly manage   goods/materials in an orderly manner according to the stock classification & oversee and administer the operations of stock movement.
  • Distribute stock items/transit items against a properly authorized warehousing requisition using delivery order receipts and adjust the stock balance card accordingly.
  • Maintain files appropriate to the activities of the work unit, such as invoices, Warehouse Issue vouchers, etc.; distribute copies of documents to the concerned work unit & staff.
  • Make certain the security of the warehouse and all items under his control by controlling security measures in all access areas and following the organizational safety and security procedures.
  • Review inventories for obsolete or slow-moving “shelf life” materials and periodically submit an appropriate report for his management bodies.
  • Make self- imposed checks between perpetual records and actual stock and investigate any discrepancies where necessary, with a report to his supervisor.
  • Be prepared at any time for management’s stock take; Establish minimum/maximum stock levels for all stock items, and prepare and submit a periodic stock movement report to his supervisor.
  • Keep all storeroom areas under his control in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned effectively and appropriately.

Job Requirements

  • BA. Degree in management or diploma in purchasing and supplies management, business management, accounting, or a related field of study
  • Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a storekeeping position
  • Minimum of 4 years for a diploma and 2 years for BA experience in a storekeeping position
  • Private business companies prefer work experience, preferably
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English, Amharic and Oromic language. 

Position 4: Senior Accountant

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the finance, procurement, and tax teams and related processes, and ensure compliance with the company’s directives and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with external government and non-government institutions (tax, audit, banking, etc.).
  • Monitor the implementation of finance policies and procedures in the accounting manual.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Review and analyze the tax-based financial statements of the company and propose means of improving the financial position.
  • Review the monthly reporting (including all backup sheets) and provide comments / explain major trends before submission to the managers.
  • Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop and maintain internal control systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve overall company financial performance.
  • Oversee budgeting, accounting, financial planning, and analysis activities.
  • Perform accounting functions and programs.
  • Collecting source documents for financial analyses and reports.
  • Participating in revenue projections and forecasting expenditures.
  • Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets
  • Assisting with annual audit preparations
  • Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
  • Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
  • Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
  • Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
  • Recording Purchases, sales, costs, and Budgets of the company for accuracy
  • Prepare and control payrolls.
  • Initial checking of finance issues and legalities
  • Prepare bank reconciliations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance-related fields
  • 5+ years of progressive financial management experience
  • Strong financial management, impeccable attention to detail, interpersonal, delegation, and supervisory skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English, Amharic and Oromic language. 
  • Strong organizational and stress management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with pichetare and Excel
  • Ability to train and manage staff.
