Kuriftu Africa Village is thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new African village resort near Ashew Meda. We are currently seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team in the following positions:
Kuriftu Resorts & Spa would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Resort Receptionist
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or BA in hotel management, and marketing; additional hospitality training preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist or front office agent in a hotel or resort environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English, and French.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Location: Kuriftu Africa village (Ashewa meda )
Position 2: Building Administrator
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in building administration, facilities management, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
Location: Addis Ababa, Bole Head office
Position 3: Cost &Food and Beverage Controller
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in cost control, or FB Control preferably in a resort or hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location: Addis Ababa, Bole head office
Position 4: Sales and Marketing Representative
Required Education:
University degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing
Relevant Work Experience:
• Minimum 3 to 7 years experience in Tourism and travel solutions sales, marketing, account management, and/or project management in a commercial and business environment.
• Good Travel Industry knowledge is desirable
• Sales experience
Business Understanding
Has a general knowledge of Amadeus fundamentals: history, business, offer, strategy, technology, and organization
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Spa manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Make-up or related field.
Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of spa products, treatments, and industry trends.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Position 6: Corporate Talent Development Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Development Manager, Training Manager, or related role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with or hands-on experience in various hotel departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, etc.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Location: Addis Ababa, Bole head office
Position 7: Corporate Talent Development Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Development Manager, Training Manager, or related role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with or hands-on experience in various hotel departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, etc.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
