Position 1: Junior Site Sales Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares and develops technical presentations to explain the company’s products to customers.
- Closely works with the customers and engineers to ensure the products meet the system requirements.
- Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provides sales support.
- Researches, develops and modifies products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
- Helps customers who have problems with installed products and recommends improved or upgraded materials.
- Collects client feedback and evaluates the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
- Identifies areas for improvement and communicates these issues with the sales division.
- Secures orders, guarantees product standards and assures product delivery.
- Recommends new and improved products to the customers and explains how the product could be utilized cost-effectively.
- Writes reports concerning the sales activities, Performs other duties as assigned by the Sales Division Head.

Position 2: Export Sales Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements the market development plan for the products for the defined regions.
- Communicates with external potential customers and clients to support and grow sales volume.
- Provides leadership and guidance to customer service, planning and logistics teams to ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments.
- Work with international brokers who attend international trade shows and meetings.
- Investigates new sales opportunities and actively solicit business from potential customers.
- Negotiates and monitors export rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase profitability.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and look to find winning solutions.
- Keeps knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies, labeling systems, transportation and payment laws are followed.

Position 3: Showroom Sales Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with customers or their representatives in planning and product selection.
- Uses consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills, attention to details, strong follow-up skills and motivation.
- Receives clients, customers and visitors and meets and greets them in the showroom, understands their needs, makes presentations and advises them on the products and solutions suiting their needs.
- Prepares the quotations according to the clients’ needs and specifications, conducts and handles payments.
- Uses appropriate office technologies and computers to process and track orders and maintain good communication with all contacts.
- Maintains the showroom as a professional place of business, and follows company policies and procedures.
- Follows the terms and conditions of sales in line with the company’s policy and procedures.

Position 4: Marketing and Sales Division Head
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans and directs the company’s sales and marketing policies, objectives and initiatives.
- Develops and oversees the sales and marketing functions, to ensure that the sales and marketing strategies are organized to achieve sales and brand goals.
- Promotes the company’s existing brands and introduces new products to the market.
- Makes researches and develops marketing opportunities and plans.
- Understands customer requirements and identifies market trends to achieve the marketing goals.
- Gathers, investigates, and summarizes market data and trends to draft reports.
- Develops and conducts sales campaigns as well as marketing promotional plans.
- Maintains relationships with clients by making regular visits, understands their needs and anticipates new marketing opportunities.
