Job Summery
Under close direction of Assigned Supervisor, works as a trainee in different branches of the Bank to gain work experience; learns on the job and accumulates work experience; and assists in undertaking activities in assigned branch
Job Requirement
- BA Degree in Management/Accounting/related fields
- CGPA 3.00 and above
- Year of Graduation 2023 only
- Work experience not required
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Skill in the use of basic computer software applications
Place of Assignment: Addis Ababa City Branches
Position 2: Human Capital Officer
Job Summery
Under close direction of District Manager, Human Capital Officer performs administrative duties in the areas of recruitment, placement, manpower development, wages and employee welfare services; participates in the development of systems to broaden and enhance the overall corporate human capital development policies
Job Requirement
- BA Degree in Management or related fields; 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management
- Good knowledge of principles and practices of Human Capital Management
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to coordinate activities and maintain harmonious human relations
- Basic computer application skills
Place of Assignment: Adama District/ Bahir Dar District/ Hawassa District
Position 3: Marketing Communication Department
Job Summery
The Marketing Communication Department Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of LIB’s marketing communication efforts, leading a team of marketing professionals, ensuring that they work together effectively to create and implement successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Developing and implementing marketing communication strategies
- Managing the marketing communication team including content writers, designers, digital marketers, and public relations specialists.
- Providing guidance, setting performance expectations, and ensuring that team members have the necessary resources and training to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing communication performance using data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing communication efforts are aligned with LIB’s overall goals and strategies.
- Adapting strategies and tactics to maintain a competitive edge by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and partners, such as media outlets, influencers, and industry associations, to promote LIB’s brand and message
Job Requirement
- BA Degree in Journalism/Management/Accounting/related fields; 11 years of relevant banking experience; 4 of which as Division Manager or higher;
- Proven experience in management or leadership role within the Banking industry;
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, regulations, and industry trends;
- Excellent leadership and managerial as well as communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders;
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities to identify issues & develop effective solutions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
