Position 1:Logistic and Operation Manager
Job requirement
Strong initiative and accountability, with a thorough understanding of logistics and operational best practices.
Effective leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare clear logistics reports and liaise with government and other stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Proven planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams.
Sound judgment and decision-making ability, particularly in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in logistics and project operations, preferably in a consulting or NGO environment.
Position 2:IT Officer
Job requirement
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network management
Ability to quickly resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and disruptions in the office.
Expertise in data protection protocols and secure handling data.
Experience deploying IT systems and solutions
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
Ability to manage multiple IT tasks and ensure timely delivery of solutions and upgrades.
Sound judgment and decision-making ability, particularly in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Related Field
Experience (Preferred): 5+ years of experience in IT support,
