Position 1: Marketing and Communication Head
Duties and responsibilities:
- Planning and managing marketing strategies in line with the company objective
- Planning, Managing and evaluating marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Assesses the productivity of the sales or marketing departments.
- Maintenance of customer relations, CRM data and participate in the organization’s sales activities
- Maximize the company’s revenue through sales and advertising, creates new business prospects and clients in consultation with Fresh corner and Fresh corner kitchen.
- Manage and approves communication tools and deals with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations
- Schedule a time line and Develop communication messages for print out media, social media and any communication method that the co. intend to use internally or externally
- Planning and implementing publicity strategies and campaigns in creating god will
- Keep website and social networking pages of the organization updated and maintain content
- Coordinating / speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations
- Ensure corporate brand Identity is in place
- Developing analytical reports on marketing, sales and PR activities conducted
- Maintaining archives : pictures, printout, electronic media proper documentation and archives to be maintained in a way to gain public attention
- Manage companies call center- to be used in placing order and for collecting of feedback from customers
- Manage the online plate form that the company decided to use as a means to increase sales of its outlets
- Conduct market research and develop reports and analysis: analyze the marketing intelligence information collected and present to respective management members.
- Corporate social activity management :
- Stimulate such activities that relates with the co goal
- Provide good publicity by using different communication methods
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing: should have fluent Amharic and English
- Good IT skills
- Awareness of different media agendas—
- Creativity-having high degree of organization.
- Sound sales and marketing skills—preferable if he/she has exposure to FMCG industry
- Exposure to digital and direct marketing
- capacity to establish effective marketing strategies/ ability to create business leads
- Media and public relationship

Education Background:
First degree in Marketing Management and in addition Public relation /communication will be a plus
Years of experience:
5 years and above out of which 1 year in FMCG industry will be preferable
Position 2: Farm Manager
Job Description
The role is responsible for Monitoring, coordinating, planning, organization, supervision and administration of activities on farm estates in support of the achievement of business objectives.
Main Duties:
- Plan finances and production to maintain farm progress against budget parameters.
- Ensuring that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial targets.
- Undertake practical activities, such as driving tractors, operating machinery, feeding livestock or spraying fields.
- Facilitating the supplies, such as fertilizer and seeds.
- Oversees the maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment
- Maintain and monitor the quality of yield, whether livestock or crops
- Understand the implications of the weather and make contingency plans
- Maintain and keeping an up-to-date knowledge of pests & diseases and an understanding of how they spread and how to treat them
- Apply health and safety standards across the farm estate
- Organizing sales and purchases of livestock, farm equipment, crops and agricultural products
- Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records
- Recruiting, training/instructing and supervising farm workers
- Making sure that work progresses satisfactorily
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards
- Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.

Job Requirements
Education Back ground
MSC/BSC Degree in Plant Science, Crop Protection, Agricultural Economics and Environmental Management.
Manage and drive the farm performance measurement requirements.
Eight years of private commercial farming work experience. for MSC and ten years for BSC from which four years of work experience in team leadership
Position 3: Transport Officer
Job Requirements
Skill:
- Demonstrated experience working in the areas of transport management
- Prepare regular reports and submitted to the concerned.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to use basic computer applications (EXCEL and word)
- Ability to effectively manage team members, very organized, and have effective problem-solving leadership and communication skills.
- Good communication skill.
Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Transport Management, Business Management, Logistics and related field.
Work experience:
2/3Years relevant work experience, (Private company experience preferable)
Position 4: Marketing Executive
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Good Understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough Knowledge of strategic planning and principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS office and marketing Software (e.g CRM)
- Familiarity with social Media and web analytics (e.g Facebook, Instagram…)
- Excellent Communication and people Skills
- Strong Organization and time-Management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences;
- Compiling, distributing, and presenting ideas information, on and strategies
- Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews managing production and performance of multimedia content
- Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics
- Monitoring budgets
- Managing social media campaigns.
- Monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns.
