Position 1: Junior/Trainee Customer Service Officer
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Familiarizes with company saving & credit manual and branch operations;
- Orients clients on savings and loan utilization;
- Practices in the identification of possible high value depositors, institutions/organization and individuals;
- Assists in the evaluation of customer survey feedback implications ;
- Assists in the coordination of client orientation concerning savings products available with special emphasis to client value propositions;

Position 2: Branch Cashier I
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives cash or cheques from customers for loans and other payments, deposits and arranges notes in their respective denominators.
- Computes bills, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due using available calculating machine;
- Provides cash change service, cashes cheques, and issues receipts or tickets to customers;
- Records amounts received/payments and prepare reports of transactions;
- Reads and records totals shown on calculator and verifies against cash on hand;
- Keeps petty cash of the branch, up-dates the petty cash register books and keeps records of expenses;
- Signs all receipts, payments and other relevant documents;
- Attaches cross references and source documents to the receipts of petty cash payments and submits to the supervisor periodically;
- Requests for the replenishment of the petty cash when it reaches the minimum level/amount;

Position 3: Customer Service Officer I
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans, coordinates, directs and controls the deposit mobilization activities of the Company;
- Perform and achieve saving mobilization targets on periodically
- Conducts financial literacy programs to educate clients and potential clients on the benefit of saving and the institution’s value propositions;
- Studies macro and micro economic performance from the perspective of microfinance business, forecasts trends, identifies potential money savers focusing on high amount depositors and encourages all types of savers;

Position 4: – Branch Accountant I
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs all accounting activities of the Branch;
- Checks and signs incoming and outgoing documents; controls overall balances of the accounts of the branch transactions;
- Maintains appropriate record for the transfer of funds to branches based on the advice received from Head Office;
- Prepares cash flow statement of the branch regularly to secure liquidity at branch level and notifies the branch manager on same;
- Ensures that all directives in the financial policy and procedures manual are implemented by the branch. Prepares the financial plan and budget of the branch;
- Makes withdrawal approvals as per given authority limits; authorize opening and closing of customers’ accounts;
- Prepares payment vouchers and cheques for authorized payments after verifying the correctness of source documents.
- Ensures that utilities, house rent, and taxes are regularly paid; prepares payroll of the branch and other staff benefits.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative assistance and secretarial services to the Chief Executive Officer;

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans, organizes, directs and controls the overall operational and support activities of assigned branch;

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and supervises the technical and operational activities of the company in credit, deposit mobilization and branch coordination;
