Position 1: Marketing Division Manager
Job Overview
The Marketing Division Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s export and import operations. This includes managing the supply chain, negotiating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services in international markets. They will work closely with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the company’s operations are aligned with the overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international trade, marketing, and business development, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualification and other conditions
MBA/MA/BA in relevant business and economics fields
6/8 years of experience in competitive agro-products export and diversified import items, manufacturing products sales and marketing promotion, customer contacts, realization of sales, in planning sales and marketing in local and global markets out of which at least holds 2/3 years of managerial experience and competent enough in exporting of agro-products (coffee and non-coffee), marketing and sales strategy crafting, export and import operation leading. Relevant certification is a plus
Position 2: General Manager
Job Overview
In the field of import and export, the role of a General Manager is crucial to ensuring that the company runs efficiently and effectively. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s daily operations, from managing teams of employees to developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability. You will also need to be skilled in negotiating with suppliers and clients to ensure that the company is getting the best deals possible, while also staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication abilities. You will need to be able to manage a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while also being able to adapt to changes in the industry. Additionally, experience in import and export is essential, as it will allow you to navigate the complexities of the industry with ease. As the General Manager, you are responsible to report directly to the BODs regularly who are elected by the shareholders to represent their interests
Qualification and other conditions
MBA/BA/MA in relevant business, Economics, and other related fields.
10/12 years of experience in a competitive business environment out of which at least holds 3/5 years of managerial experience and competent enough in technical and people skills, assorted training is a plus.
