Position 1: Senior Office Engineer
Additional Special Skills:
- He/she have to be the most knowledgeable person in the project, regarding the project.
- MS/Primavera Project /Planner Software,
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office tools
Qualification Requirements:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Work Experience:
- 10-12 years’ experience and working as Office Engineer 4 to 6 years.
License:
Professional License is Mandatory
Language:
Good English communication skills both written and spoken.
Employment Type: Contract
Position 2: Quantity Surveyor
Additional Special Skills:
- He/she have to be the most knowledgeable person in the project, regarding the project.
- MS/Primavera Project /Planner Software,
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office tools
Education requirement:
BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Diploma in Building Construction
Work Experience:
For BSc 6(six) years & for Diploma 8 years’ experience and working as Quantity Surveyor For BSc 3(three) years & for Diploma 5(five) years.
License:
- Professional License is Mandatory
Language:
- Good English communication skills both written and spoken.

Position 3: Project Manager

Workplace: Mohammedia Village Project, Addis Ababa
Required Number: Two /2/
Educational Qualification:
BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Work Experience:
12-15 years’ experience and working as PM 6(six) to 8 years
Language:
Good English communication skills both written and spoken
License:
- Professional License is Mandatory
Computer Literate:
- Auto Cad software knowledgeable
- Excel and word knowledgeable
- MS-Project
Additional Special Skills:
- He/she have to be the most knowledgeable person regarding the project.
