Position 1: Accountability and Safeguarding Officer – Highlands Resilience Activity
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- BA/S or equivalent, preferable in Social Sciences Including Sociology, Law, Business Administration, Economics or International Development.
- At least 3 years of related work experience, preferably with an international or local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with previous experience on similar post.
- Experience and/or training in handling sensitive information – Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS) training is an advantage, including Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and Child Protection knowledge and capacities.
- Experience working in high-risk contexts preferred.
- Proven commitment to humanitarian and development principles and a demonstrable understanding of conflict contexts and remote work.
- Proven experience in data collection, data-entry, data/information management and analysis.
- At least 2 years of experience in maintaining feedback mechanisms.
- Proven experience in developing or contributing to accountability framework or standard operating procedures for feedback mechanisms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency response environment and adapt to the rapidly evolving context as necessary
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, communication and networking skills; and the ability to work with diversified populations.
- High level of self-awareness and self-development with the maturity to deal with constructive feedback
- Excellent Computer skills: proficiency in MS Office package, and some knowledge of database management would be an asset

Position 2: – Livestock Trade Corridor Coordinator- Re Advert
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, such as Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship or similar; Master’s degree in Business, Economics or Agri-business or other related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience implementing entrepreneurship, private sector engagement, market systems development, or investment/incubation interventions. If having a Bachelor’s degree, ideal candidate will have minimum of 5 years experience implementing PSE/MSD interventions.
- Demonstrated experience working, partnering with, and brokering PPPs or B2B partnerships with private businesses of diverse sizes including national and mulit-national firms.
- Preference for candidates with experience working in or owning businesses or social enterprises.
- Experience coordinating multiple activities, developing synergies and creating opportunities for collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder relationship cultivation and management, driving partnership agreements, and strengthening B2B coordination for achieving program goals.

Position 5: Financial Inclusion Technical Specialist- Highlands Resilience Activity
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Business, Economics, Development Studies, Program Management, or related Social Science fields.
- At least 4 years work experience in program management and coordination, preferably in financial inclusion, digital financial services (DFS), product & strategy development; financial literacy programs, and community awareness campaigns.
- Previous work experience in the financial sector and international development organization is an advantage.
- Familiar with all aspects of the relevant market systems including key actors, micro-financial institutions (MFIs), and banks,
- Understanding of Markets Systems Development (MSD) approach.

Position 8: Water Supply Services Specialist
Education and Experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business management, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in water supply services management, preferably in designing, operating, and maintaining water treatment plants or water utilities and distribution networks OR minimum of 5 years’ experience designing and implementing institutional/organizational development initiatives in the water or energy sector
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in national, regional, or municipal institutions, development of sustainability plans, and policy development and reforms.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the latest developments in advancing good/best practices in water and WASH, governance, as well as sector engagement that reaches all stakeholders, including women, youth, the poor, and the very poor.

Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in at least one of the following: water resource management, environmental science, environmental management, hydrology, conservation, economics, ecology, or other related subject;
