POSITION 1: REAL ESTATE SALES PROFESSIONAL
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience within the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficient computer skills, with experience using real estate software, CRM systems, and property databases.
Number of people required: 5
Location: Addis Ababa,
Position 2: PROCUREMENT OFFICER
Required Qualification: –
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in procurement or supply chain management and relevant experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction procurement and contract management
- Experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and cost control
- Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and market analysis
- Knowledge of relevant procurement laws and standards
- Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage procurement within project timelines
- Proficiency in procurement systems and general IT tools
Location: Addis Ababa,
Position 3: Accountant
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an added advantage.
Experience:
- At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, IFRS, and tax laws.
Skills & Competencies
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High level of integrity and confidentiality

Position 4: Health and Safety Engineer
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental Science
Experience:
- 5+ years of work experience in the related fields
- Fluency in the English Language
Required Skills
- Ability to identify and evaluate hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to effectively convey safety information and guidelines.
- Training and Development: Skills in designing and conducting training sessions for staff on HSE topics.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations and develop practical solutions to safety challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure compliance and identify potential hazards.
