Position 1: Front Desk Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.
- Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
- Handle queries and address complaints.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Answering phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line.
- Regularly check and sort emails.
- Answer all the customers’ questions and address their complaints.
- Maintain a filing system of all required documents.
- Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination.
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail.
Job Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree from university or college in Admin, Secretarial and Clerical, Business and Administration, Customer Service
- Previous Experience in a Related Field Preferred
- Excellent Customer Care skill
- Discretion and trustworthiness: will often be party of confidential information

Position 2: Marketing Manager
Objectives of this role
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan for the company.
- Developing and overseeing content creation for Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, blog and any other relevant online channels.
- Managing traditional marketing campaigns (print, direct mail, customer communications) to deliver competitive ROI.
- Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends.
- Strong experience in SEO, data analytics, marketing campaigns and strategic planning.
- Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring and reporting results.
- Managing content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
Preferred qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business, Sales and Marketing or a similar discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, project management tools marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
- Excellent planning and organization skills and be confident with budgeting and project management.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production etc.

Position 3: Executive Assistant
Objectives of this role:
- Support the manager primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
- Perform support duties to the sales & marketing team
- Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that managers’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
Responsibilities:
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for deputy manager, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
- Manage executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation etc.
- Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s and Associate Degree in Business, Communication, Executive Assistant, Education, Associates, Marketing, Business/Administration, Management
Required skills and qualifications
