Position 1: Sales Representative
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for bringing buyers and clients together for the purpose of entering into an agreement for the sale of apartment units built by the Client.
- Act as an intermediary between the Client and the Buyer.
- Propose a contract when parties have agreed to proceed with the purchase so both parties are fully informed.
- Acknowledge and agree neither to have nor to acquire any vested or proprietary right or interest with respect to the customers.
- Duty to perform to the highest professional level, fulfilling the Key Performance Indicators as set by the client, at the risk of losing the privilege of contract renewal.
- The Sale Representative shall further acknowledge that any goodwill accruing during the term of this agreement with respect to the Client and its apartment units shall be considered the property of the Client.
- Undetake assigned tasks professionally on behalf of the Client.
- Put effort into achieving sales performance goals and engage in activities related to selling the apartment units on a daily basis.
- Conduct himself or herself in a manner consistent with the high image, reputation, and credibility of the Client and its apartment units, and shall engage in no activity that reflects adversely on the client or its apartment units.
- He or she shall use his or her best efforts to seek buyers for the apartment units, promote sales of the apartment units in a diligent and aggressive manner, and forward all customers and relevant information to the Client.
- Identify and respond to client needs
- Follow up on customer orders as necessary
- Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Job Requirements
Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Period of Experience: Two (2) years’ previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. Real Estate experience is preferable.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Good command of English and computer programs
- Focused on customer service with excellent persuasive skills
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
Required Abilities:
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Creating and implementing a sales plan
- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
- Analyzing sales data
- Presentation skills
- Management and leadership skills
- Developing budgets
- Mentoring and coaching sales representatives
Requirements of Attitude and Behavior:
- Bound to ethical principles,
- Having a high sense of responsibility,
- Result- and solution-oriented.
