Metropolitan Real Estate PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Guest Service Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greeting all visitors, including clients, vendors, job candidates, and others who come to the office.

Offering guests refreshments such as water, coffee, or snacks, especially during longer meetings.

Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable, including arranging magazines, maintaining a neat workspace, and ensuring that any promotional materials are up to date.

Managing incoming phone calls, transferring calls to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages when necessary.

Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations

Providing support to various administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry, as needed.

Providing basic information about the company, its services, and directions to various departments within the office.

Job Requirements

High School or University Diploma in any field of study

0 up to 1 years of experience in customer service-related jobs

Good communication skills

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for bringing buyers and clients together for the purpose of entering into an agreement for the sale of apartment units built by the Client.

Act as an intermediary between the Client and the Buyer.

Propose a contract when parties have agreed to proceed with the purchase so both parties are fully informed.

Acknowledge and agree neither to have nor to acquire any vested or proprietary right or interest with respect to the customers.

Duty to perform to the highest professional level, fulfilling the Key Performance Indicators as set by the client, at the risk of losing the privilege of contract renewal.

The Sale Representative shall further acknowledge that any goodwill accruing during the term of this agreement with respect to the Client and its apartment units shall be considered the property of the Client.

Undetake assigned tasks professionally on behalf of the Client.

Put effort into achieving sales performance goals and engage in activities related to selling the apartment units on a daily basis.

Conduct himself or herself in a manner consistent with the high image, reputation, and credibility of the Client and its apartment units, and shall engage in no activity that reflects adversely on the client or its apartment units.

He or she shall use his or her best efforts to seek buyers for the apartment units, promote sales of the apartment units in a diligent and aggressive manner, and forward all customers and relevant information to the Client.

Identify and respond to client needs

Follow up on customer orders as necessary

Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Job Requirements

Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

Period of Experience: Two (2) years’ previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. Real Estate experience is preferable.

Knowledge Requirements:

Demonstrated and proven sales results

Good command of English and computer programs

Focused on customer service with excellent persuasive skills

Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

Required Abilities:

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Strong communication skills

Creating and implementing a sales plan

Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress

Analyzing sales data

Presentation skills

Management and leadership skills

Developing budgets

Mentoring and coaching sales representatives

Requirements of Attitude and Behavior:

Position 3: HSE Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides support and guidance in the implementation and monitoring of HSE Management System (HSE-MS) at assigned project sites/facilities.

Reviewing HSE related project documents during evaluation of contract bids and provides specialist input to address any gaps.

Assists Project Managers in continuous HSE improvements by identifying training needs and conducting training sessions in order to successfully execute project HSE program.

Explains how to prevent accidents, implement safety plans, and respond to emergencies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Science

2 up to 7 years of work experience in related field

Fluency in English Language

Position 4: Marketing Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan for the company.

Developing and overseeing content creation for Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, blog and any other relevant online channels.

Managing traditional marketing campaigns (print, direct mail, customer communications) to deliver competitive ROI.

Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends.

Strong experience in SEO, data analytics, marketing campaigns and strategic planning.

Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring and reporting results.

Managing content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.

Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or a similar discipline.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite, project management tools marketing automation and CRM tools.

Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.

Excellent planning and organization skills and be confident with budgeting and project management.

Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production etc.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High-level creative thinking and design capabilities

Excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with a range of levels and teams.

Proficiency in turning projects around with tight timeframes and deadlines.

Strong analytical, visualization and reporting skills.
