Position 1: Sales Representative
Responsibilities;
Meet with clients to discuss their home purchase and sale needs
Take clients to home showings and open houses
Follow up with clients on their real estate needs and stay in regular contact with them
Act in a manner consistent with the company’s high image, reputation and reliability
Use his/her best efforts to seek buyers for the apartment units, promote sales of the apartment units in a diligent and aggressive manner, and forward all customers and relevant information to the Company

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business Administration or in a related field
2+ years sales experience; preferably 1+ years of Real Estate Sales experiences

Position 2: Senior Sales Consultants
Responsibility:
Use his/her best efforts to seek buyers for the apartment units, promote sales of the apartment units in a diligent and aggressive manner, and forward all customers and relevant information to the Company
Requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills to make data-driven decisions for clients’ real estate portfolios.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, and Business or in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Sales with 3+ years of Real Estate Sales experiences

- A track record of notable accomplishments, whether in real estate or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding sales and negotiation abilities

Position 3: Graphics Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visual concepts and graphics using design software.
- Create visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, social media posts, web banners, email templates, and other promotional materials.
- Develop and design visually appealing presentations for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Design graphics for the company’s website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies and recommend creative solutions to enhance the digital presence of Metropolitan Real Estate Plc.
- Maintain and uphold the company’s brand identity in all design elements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to evolve and enhance the brand’s visual identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to creative idea marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all design outputs.
- Review and approve final designs before production or publication.
- Managing and organizing digital assets, including video files, graphics, and templates, for efficient access and reuse in various digital media projects
- Ensure all designs are delivered within the given time frame and meet the highest quality standards.
- Amend designs after feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Provide a portfolio showcasing previous design work, emphasizing projects related to real estate or a similar industry.

Position 4: HR & Admin Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute in the planning and development of company policies and procedures, ensuring proper dissemination, implementation and compliance.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Conduct initial orientation to new hires.
- Assist in handling employee/labor relation matters e.g. grievance, investigation, documentation and imposing disciplinary actions.
- Maintain an efficient employee records and filing system and ensure that all confidential matters pertaining to HR administration are kept confidential.
- Implement the General Staff Handbook & Manager’s Manual as the overall guidelines for Human Resource Management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Facilitate contracts and activities pertaining to personnel movement; promotions, transfers, terminations, and resignations.
- Implement and manage performance
- Conduct exit interview of resigned employees.
- Contribute in the planning and coordination of administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Ensure documentation of HR & admin related files in both electronic and hard copy format through a clear and concise reference system.
- Generate reports on key HR metrics for management review.
- Perform other HR & Admin-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on supervision and leadership.
- Proficiency standard software applications including in MS Office operations especially Excel and Word; other office productivity tools is an advantage
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, and people-management skills and demonstrated capability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, focus on projects and tasks with the highest potential for success.
