Position 1: Sales Representative
Duty Summary:
Responsible for selling products by self-generating the ability to network, build relationships with clients and services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics. Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake assigned tasks professionally on behalf of the Company
- Put effort to achieve sales performance goals and engage in activities of selling the apartment units on a daily basis
- Conduct himself/herself in a manner consistent with the high image, reputation and credibility of the Company and its apartment units and shall engage in no activity which reflects adversely on the client or its apartment units
- Use his/her best efforts to seek buyers for the apartment units, shall promote sales of the apartment units in a diligent and aggressive manner and shall forward all customers and relevant information to the Company
- Identify and respond to client needs
- Follow up on customer orders as necessary
- Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
Job Requirements
Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Period of Experience: At least 2 years previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or a related field
Knowledge Requirements:
- Good command of English and computer programs (MS Office and CRM programs)
- Focused on customer service with excellent persuasive skills
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Ability to efficiently communicate with potential customers on the phone in Amharic and (when necessary) in English
Required Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative approach, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Analyzing sales data
- Great presentation skills
- Great team player

Position 2: Marketing Officer
Job Description
Marketing officers are tasked to supporting virtually every aspect of marketing work. They will work collaboratively with other marketing teams and help them achieve targets and customer satisfaction. The marketing officer will support the planning and managing of marketing activities and will work with the marketing team to develop customer-related materials by conducting market research, creating marketing deliverables, and monitoring campaign performance.
Duty and Responsibilities:
- Capability and experience of planning, presenting and executing tasks on his/her own and working with the team
- Ability to manage his/her time efficiently, work under pressure, and multi-task with strict deadlines
- Familiarity and experience with Google Analytics, and Social Media Ads. Management Tools
- Familiarity and experience with traditional marketing channels
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management
- Exposure to Marketing Strategy planning and execution processes
- Experience in marketing budget management and allocation
- Experience with marketing agency relations management
- Ability to analyze, filter and report
- Advanced MS Office skills (more importantly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
- Photoshop skills are highly appreciated
- Online and offline competition, market, marketing trends etc. The experience is highly appreciated
Job Requirements
