Moyee coffee Rosting PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Assistant General Services Supervisor

Job Description

Significant tasks and responsibilities, accounting for 85 – 95% of time committed to position:

 Leadership

  • Directs and coordinates activities concerned with the provision of Transport and issues related to facilities
  • Coordinate and control Transport and cleaning services team

 Management – business, operations

  • Ensures that appropriate rules and regulations are observed in the deployment of excellent service;
  • Prepares and submits to supervisor various statistical reports regarding maintenance and transport services; including occurrences of availability of problems, violation of discipline.
  • Significant tasks and responsibilities, accounting for 85 – 95% of time committed to position:

Technical:

  • Handles maintenance and repair works of HQ office equipment’s and furniture’s
  • Ensures the availability of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.
  • Conducts periodic preventive maintenances of office equipment’s
  • Keeps the office and office compound area safe and clean.
  • Assesses quotation for maintenance of office equipment’s
  • Ensures proper maintenances and services of office equipment’s before payment is affected.
  • Ensures the availability and the Distribution of cleaning materials and equipment to the users
  • Follow up and managed HQ cleaning service providers based on service level agreement
  • Ensure offices clean and ready to work
  • Directs and supervises all activities related to transportation and insurance of vehicles;
  • Supervises the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles according to priorities and needs of various work units of the company;
  • Authorizes requisitions for fuel, oil, lubricants and other necessary supplies required to facilitate and carry out transport operation;
  • Ensures the registration of all information regarding status of each vehicle such as passengers, type of goods to be transported, destination, departure, arrival time, kms at the beginning and at the end of the trip etc. on pre-established log forms;
  • Ensures that safety and traffic regulations are observed at all times by drivers;
  • Plans, directs, and monitors preventive maintenance and repair programs for all company &rental vehicles.
  • Control and manage overtime payment of own and rental car drivers
  • Re- cored keeping to all vehicles, rental cost, fuel cost, maintenance mileage time and history file any information related to vehicle.
  • Checks conditions of vehicles and on daily basis.
  • Facilitates assignment of vehicles to various organs of the company as per request.
  • Compiles and presents fuel consumption report of all vehicles
  • Follows up all company own vehicles’ service time and arranges for services.
  • Makes regular follow up on vehicles under maintenance.
  • Facilitates annual technical fitness test for the company’s vehicles.
  • Timely prepares vehicles accident insurance claim.
  • Monitor security camera control, review recorded footage to investigate incidents and provide evidence when necessary.
  • Utilize GPS technology to track the movement of vehicles within designated areas as well as maintain accurate records of GPS data and produce reports as needed for management.

Administrative

  • Perform other tasks assigned by General Services supervisor
  • Administer cleaning and Maintenance  service contracts and evaluate performance according to the service level agreements

Education:

10 or 12 grade completed or College Diploma in Management/ logistic Management/ or other related filed

Experience:

More than 3 years of relevant work experience

 Knowledge, Skill and Ability

  • Good knowledge of corporate office policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of maintenance, transport, housekeeping and other service contract management
  • Some knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques
  • Ability to follow up the proper provision of services
  • Ability to systematize and direct activities
  • Good Oral and written communication skill

Position 2: Junior Human Resource Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Orientating new employees
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Handle day-to-day HR activities
  • Follow-up on job vacancies and efficiency issues and advise on manpower utilization.
  • Follow-up on new hire requests and endure timely filling of vacancies
  • Follow-up on employee performance and disciplinary issues and seek corrective solutions
  • Ensure that the company HR policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees, and seek corrective solutions whenever disciplinary issues
  • Ensure that working hours are respected and are efficiently utilized
  • Build a culture of good communication, team spirit and cooperation throughout the company
  • Foster smooth employee relation through good employee service, and through timely, fair and consistent response to employee inquiries and demands
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, manuals etc. for external institutions in conformity with company’s policy
  • Facilitate timely employee performance evaluation and trigger subsequent actions
  • Coordinate the staff recruitment and selection process
  • Make sure employee files and records are kept and maintained, well-organized and updated

Job Requirements:

  • BA Degree in Business Administration or Related fiels
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resource
  • Good communication skill (both Oral and written)
