Position 1: R&D project manager
Job Description
Main purpose of the job:
- The R&D project manager will organize and lead the execution of R&D and supplier approval projects, working independently:
- The smooth management of assigned Raw material, process, finished goods and/or packaging related projects and project logistics of medium complexity, including interfacing with internal and external stakeholders (where applicable)
- Take full ownership and accountability of the technical activities of project timelines and budget leading to on time in full project delivery
- Leading Raw material localization projects in line with sector company team
- The planning and execution of projects and project documentation, in accordance with the R&D Compliance protocol
Education, Experience and Skills/Person Specification:
Education: Food Science degree / B. Tech degree (Food Technology/ Engineering)

Position 2: Warehouse Manager
Main purpose of the job:
The Warehouse Manager shall be under the general direction of the Operations Manager. The position shall involve planning, organizing, and supervising the factory warehousing and distribution operation. The main responsibility of the job holder is establishing and maintaining warehousing strategies, maintaining MRP and overseeing the daily warehousing operations, for raw material, consumables and finished goods. Duties involve receiving, sorting, storing and issuing of raw materials, consumables, chemicals and other materials and receiving, storing and transferring of finished goods to Addis Ababa and upcountry. The warehouse manager is also responsible for managing inventory levels of finished goods, raw materials, consumables, chemicals and other materials, and following up purchase needs.

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Job Requirements
Experience & skills required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistic and Supply chain management, Business Management, and Material management or other related fields
Experience: 6 years in operations out of which 4 years in warehouse (out of which 3 years in people management role), preferable in FMCG
Language: Able to speak, read and write in English
Computer: Able to use and utilize MS office applications
Position 3: Food Safety & quality system Coordinator/Supervisor
Main purpose of the job:
Controls the food safety activities of the plant; plans and executes the quality control and food safety programs of the department. follow up and control food safety management systems implemented in the plant are maintained. Carries out the performance evaluation of subordinate
Reporting to: Quality Manager
Duty Station: Tulefa, Ethiopia
Education:
Minimum BSC. Degree in Food science, Food Engineering, Food science and Nutrition, Applied Chemistry and another related field.
Having BSc in Hygiene and sanitation is a plus
Work Experience:
Must have 5 years of Experience in FMCG and 3 years in supervisory level

Position 4: Facility and General Services Manager
Main purpose of the job:
The Facility and General Services Manager shall be under the general direction of the Factory Manager. Under limited supervision, the position holder provides leadership, overall administration and technical support for the factory security operation, compound and office cleaning, waste management, canteen services, employee transportation service management, maintain the basic condition of factory facilities and manage facility and service-related external engagements and management of laundry services.

Position 5: Mechanical Maintenance Specialist
Main purpose of the job:
The Mechanical Maintenance Specialist is the go-to person to maintain and restore the basic condition of assets and is expected to be resourceful enough to take the right course of action and make the right decisions in the maintenance department. The Mechanical Maintenance Specialist will also be tasked with identifying ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs through better maintenance practices. The responsibility of a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist also includes standardizing maintenance practices and developing procedures and work instructions.
The position shall involve executing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure machine availability, reliability, and to always maintain the basic condition of machineries and equipment. Duties involve doing running and nonrunning checklists, participating and enabling CILT, conducting RCFAs and BDAs, preventing failures, reporting findings and taking care of company assets to eliminate costly failures. The Maintenance Specialist is also responsible to use spare parts, when necessary, take care of tools and maintain the condition of the workshop and spare parts store.

Should have proven problem-solving skills, broad technical knowledge, attention to detail, knowledge of and ability to install, repair and maintain wide range of mechanical installations
Language: Able to speak, read and write in English
Computer: Advanced level in MS Excel and use of computer applications and ERP tools
