Position 1: – Office Engineer
Job Summary:
The Office Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the Engineering team in the construction company. The successful candidate will manage, coordinate, and ensure all engineering activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications, plans, and procedures. Additionally, the Office Engineer will assist in the preparation of project schedules, reports, and budgets.
Responsibilities:
Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure adherence to design and contractual requirements.
Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Compile and analyze data to support project planning and decision-making.
Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including architects, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Track and monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans.
Participate in design coordination and review meetings.
Oversee and manage project material procurement.
Provide technical support to the project team as required.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience in construction project management.
Experience in project scheduling and resource allocation.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and project management tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Position 2: – General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the development of real estate project from start to finish
- He /She must work with project owners, customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time with in a budget and delighted customer.
- He /She also must work the project financial aspect, including budgeting, financing and cost control.
- Develop and implement strategies for real estate development project.
- Oversee the design real estate and construction projects.
- Monitor and manage project budget
- Negotiate contracts with architects, engineers and contractors and other professionals
- Coordinate with local government agencies to ensure compliance with zoning and building codes.
- Develop marketing plans for project.
- Manage the sale or leasing of properties
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met, prepare reports and presentation for stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Management and customer service experience is needed
- Strong administrative skills
- Bachelor degree in management and related fields
- Strong organizational, communication and project management skills
- Speaking multiple language (oromifa) is a plus
- 8 years proven experience in General manager position
- At least 5 or more years in real estate managerial position from the 8 years managerial experience is a pulse
