Position: Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Description
ROC Spaces has been providing comprehensive and premium property management service to the Ethiopian market for the past 5 years and is on a continued growth path. With our in depth understanding of the market and its dynamics we are currently working with real estate developers and property owners in managing various types of properties in Addis Ababa and surrounding cities.
Currently, we are looking for Sales and Marketing Manager to expand our market reaches and grows our cherished brand even further.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor Degree or higher from a recognized University, Management, Sales and Marketing, Social Sciences and Community
Work Experience:
With a minimum of 5 years of experience at a similar position in preferably property management companies, real estates or hotels, or related.
Other requirements:
In depth understanding and experience of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Demonstrable management skills to organize and lead marketing and sales teams.
Good understanding of digital sales and digital marketing.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing and sales goals.
