New Flower General Trading PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following Positions.

Position 1: Sales Officer

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Generate new customer leads through various channels.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current market place information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Participating on bids announced on national wise that concerns our companies’ products.
  • Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Performing other related tasks assigned by the immediate Supervisor.

Quantity Required: 2

Job Requirements:

  • BA in Sales, Marketing, Economics, or in a related field
  • Years of Experience:  Direct related job 3years and above
  • “Amharic” and “Afaan Oromoo” is perforable.

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Coffee Quality Control

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Documentation and Record-Keeping

  • Manage all information regarding samples from the time they are delivered
  • Maintain accurate records of every coffee received and evaluated.
  • Preparing Samples and Maintaining Sampling Environment
  • Observe measure and record needed aspects of the coffee (color, moisture content, green coffee odor, sample roasting details/observations, and other information required).
  • Consistently maintain a high level hygiene whenever coffee handling or tasting is involved.
  • Sample roast accurately to standard
  • Set up cupping’s to standard in a routine or regimen for the ally team.
  • Cup coffees, using agreed upon protocols and capturing results.
  • Clean up cupping; Maintain complete cleanliness of cupping area, dishwasher, sink and sample room.

Managing inventory and equipment

  • Monitor and report coffee sample inventory to avoid waste and losses
  • Maintain the sample room to a logical, high level of organization and cleanliness and observing safety protocols.

Assist Sales Team and Direct Customers

  • Prepare and ship samples to customers in timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Answer main phone line to direct calls to team members.
  • Inform customers of hours, activities, general information, etc.
  • Maintain accurate quality information for sales team on sales force.

Job Requirements:

  • BSc Agriculture, horticulture or plantation.
  • Years of Experience: 3 years in direct related job and above
  • “Amharic” and “Afaan Oromoo” is perforable.

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Coffee Warehouse Store Man

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing support store operation by identifying, handling, storing and handing over material, tools, equipment used at constriction    
  • Receive Purchased Coffee
  • Separate the coffee provided form purchase by types.
  • Issue material depending on requested data
  • Always Manage /Monitor our coffee stock in the store
  • Control Waste is not clean coffee. 
  • Prepare report for concerned body
  • Use all required official document (GRN. SIV) and etc.
  • Always Controlling Stock balance of store coffee.
  • Checking the stock as per records.
  • Detail follow up and arranging all activities on store.
  • Managing budgets and other resources.
  • Daily checkup activity on store
  • Performing other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

Work place for Sheger City, around Gelan Coffee

Job Requirements:

  • BA in Accounting or Finance, Marketing, Economics, Logistics, Supplies Chain Management, Management or in a related field
  • Years of Experience: 2 years and above
  • “Amharic” and “Afaan Oromoo” is perforable.

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Assistant Operations Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily operations of organization.
  • Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
  • Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
  • Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs.
  • Oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities.
  • Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Generate operational reports for management as needed.
  • Perform planning, monitoring, and evaluation activities of the company in collaboration with different functional units,
  • Direct and coordinate activities of each department under his supervision concerned with deliverables.
  • Perform departmental goals setting together with the department manager and follow up its implementation timely.
  • Ensure the implementation of technical Project management’s tools such as Plans, Schedules, responsibility, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Conduct periodic meeting with the Department Managers and their staffs to ensure team activities, establish task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignment, ascertain the availability of resources

  • Years of Experience: 4 years and above
  • “Amharic” and “Afaan Oromoo” is perforable.
