Position 1: – Director – Life and Health Insurance Department
Job Summery:
Director of the Life & Health Insurance Department is in the primary leader & responsible in charge of the Co’s Life & Health Insurance business, capable to administer whole activities of the Department, by providing a strong leadership in all technical matters, branches’ function & expansion, training & developing its staff, and highly focused on marketing and customer service.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience of Life & Health Insurance business
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Proactive approach to meet Co’s strategy & experienced in Succession activities
- Inspired to bring new approaches, handling multi tasks & has leadership skills

Job Requirement
Qualification:
A minimum of BA or MA/MBA in Management, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, and other field of studies in Business & Finance.
A minimum of graduated with FLMI (Fellow Life Management Institute)
Experience: Must have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in Insurance (preferably in Life & Health) with at least 4 years’ service at Managerial level of, specifically, Life & Health Insurance Department

Position 2: – Manager, Market Research And Customer Service Division
Qualification:
A minimum of BA degree in Business Management or Accounting or Economics or Financial Management or Management or Marketing Management and other related fields.
Work Experience:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years’ service at Managerial or supervisory level of, specifically, in Marketing or related areas.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in client relationship management
- Experience in building client accounts
- Strong technical and analytical skills, and a passion for learning new quantitative research methodologies and analysis frameworks
- Basic knowledge of discrete choice modelling and simulation models
- Experience presenting results in front of senior audiences
- Commercial attitude and acquisition power
- Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude

Position 3: – Marketing Officer II
Qualification:

- Good communication skills
- Computer literate.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Have creative and positive mindset
- Well familiar whose to approach in marketing activities.
- Trustworthy and hardworking

Position 4: – Junior ICT Officer
Qualification:
A minimum of BA degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Information system or other related fields.
Experience: Not required 0 (Zero Experience)
Year of Graduation & CGPA: Graduates of 2022 and 2023 with CGPA 3.0 and above. Applicants must have passed national exit exam
Preferred Skills:
- Hands on Experience and knowledge in hardware, LAN/WLAN
- Knowledge of scripting languages (PHP, Python etc.) will be an added advantage
- Prior ICT experience in a setup with environmental and geographical constraints.
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate technical issues
- Willing to take ownership of issue analysis and resolution efforts and commitment to get results
