Nyala Insurance S.C. is a leading insurance company in Ethiopia with strong performance growth and financial position. It was established in 1995 with a subscribed capital of Birr 25 million and paid-up capital of Birr 7 million. In 2005, it became a composite insurer by adding life business and increasing its paid-up capital to Birr 35 million. Today, it has a paid-up capital of Birr 600 million and operates in almost all regional states in Ethiopia through a network of 46 service outlets.
In 2020, NISCO earned Birr 565.3 million in premium income and made a gross profit of Birr 149 million. Its total assets were Birr 2.2 billion. NISCO has made significant changes to its business approach and has developed a forward-looking Strategic Plan to effectively utilize its financial, physical, and human resources for greater growth.
An 18-story modern building is being constructed in Addis Ababa on Africa Avenue. The design features a facade covered with inter-woven fence-like skin resembling ribs, expressing the sense of security and protection provided by Nyala Insurance S.C. to its customers.

Position 1: Graduate Trainee Program –V (NISCO GTP–V)
Job Requirement
Required Qualifications: Have 1st degree in Insurance, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Economics and related field of study;
A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
Persistently craving to excel with a passion to grow;
A graduate of 2014 E.C./2022 G.C. or later period with No work experience;
Work Experience: Zero Years
Under 23 years of age.
Req No.: 25-30 (Twenty Five – Thirty) recent graduates
