Position 1: District Credit Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:   BA/ MA/ MBA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or any other relevant field of study with 2years of relevant experience required

Competency Requirements:  Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competencies[ knowledge about Credit process, types, terms and utilization, ability to analyze information of related with credit, and computer skill]

Additional/special skill: Knowledge of basic computer skill

Working place:  South Finfinne District Office

Position 2: Junior Website Administrator Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:   BSC Degree in Computer Science, Website Administration, and other related field of study with 1years of relevant experience. Experience in Web Management, graphic design, audio & Video Editing and Camera operation is Mandatory

Competency Requirements:  Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competencies [Exposure in website management; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; thorough knowledge of web maintenance and web development]

Position 8: Manager, Contract Administration and Supervision Team

Education & Experience Requirements:   MSC/BSC degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering/, Construction Management Project Management or related field of study with 7years of related experience out of which 2years is management level experience for BSC, for BSC and/or  5years of related experience out of which 2years of management level experience for MSC.

Competency Requirements: Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus] Leadership Competencies [Planning, priority Setting, Building team, decision Quality, Drive for Results] and Functional Competencies [skills in designing and implementing organization-wide construction initiatives and programs, excellent negotiating skills with vendors and subcontractors, understanding of current construction trends and technology, Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft projects and advanced proficiency in the Auto CAD application.

Education & Experience Requirements:   MSc/MBA/MA/BA or BSc degree in Information Systems, Computer Science Business Management, Business Administration or Accounting or related field with 12years of relevant experience with BA out of which 5years on senior managerial position or 10years of relevant experience with MSc/MBA/MA out of which 4years is on senior management position.
