Position 1: Branch Manager I (for IFB Full-Fledged Branch)

Education and Experience:

BA degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting related field of study with 6 years of relevant banking experience and 2 years of managerial experience is preferable.

Position 2: Manager-District HR Team

Education and Experience:

BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Management or related field with 6 years of relevant experience on human resource area. Banking Experience is strongly preferable.

Position 3: Principal -Succession and Leadership Development Officer

Education and Experience:

BA/BSC in HRM, Management, Business Administration or related field with 6years of related experience

Position 4: Principal Payment System Officer

Education and Experience:

BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field of study with 6years of relevant banking experience.

Position 5: Principal IT Project Management Officer

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT analysis, IT development, IT management or related field (preferably in related science and engineering fields with 6years of related experience. Working on digital banking reconciliation is preferable.

Position 6: Principal Total Rewards Officer

Education and Experience:

BA degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or related field of study with 6 years of related experience

Position 7: Principal System Administrator

Education and Experience:

BSC degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering or related field of study with 6 years of experience

Position 8: Executive Office Assistant II

Education and Experience:

BA degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Management/ Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 6years relevant experience.

Position 9: Senior HR Business Partnering Officer

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or related field with 4 years of related experience. Experience of HR Business Partnering in Bank is preferable

Position 10: Senior IT Innovation Officer

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT analysis, IT development, IT management or related field (preferably in related science and engineering fields with 4years of related experience.

Position 11: Senior Payment System

Education and Experience:

BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field of study with 4 years of relevant banking experience

Position 12: Senior IT system Analyst

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT management or related field (preferably in related science and engineering fields with 4 years of experience in IT business analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position 13: Executive Office Assistant

Education and Experience:

BA degree or Diploma/Level IV in Secretarial Science and Office Management with 6 years relevant experience

Position 14: Senior Card Banking Officer

Education and Experience:

BSc/MSc/ in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field of study 4years of relevant banking experience.

Position 15: Senior Sanitary Engineer

Education and Experience:

BSC degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study with 4 years of relevant experience

Position 16: Senior Electrical Engineer

Education and Experience:

MSC/BSC in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Computer Engineering or related field of study with 4 years of relevant experience.

Position 17: Senior Research and Publication Officer

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration, Economics or related field of study with 4 years of related experience.

Position 18: Senior District HR Business Partnering Officer

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,

Organizational Development, Business Management or related field with 4 years of relevant experience. Experience of HR Business Partnering in Bank is preferable.

Position 19: Senior District Talent Acquisition Officer

Education and Experience:

BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field of study with 4 years of relevant experience in the area of HR management. Banking Experience in the area of talent Acquisition is strongly preferable

Position 20: Gender Officer

Education and Experience:

BA in Gender Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Management, Sociology, and related fields of study with 2 years relevant banking experience. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Position 21: Construction Technology & Management Engineer

Education and Experience:

BSC degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering/ Construction Management or related field of study with 2 years of relevant experience

Position 22: Project Management Officer

Education and Experience:

BA degree in Management/Economics/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 2 years of relevant experience

Position 23: Card Banking Officer

Education and Experience:

BSc/MSc/ in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field of study 2 years of relevant banking experience.

Position 24: Chargeback & Dispute Officer

Education and Experience:

BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field of study with 2 years of relevant banking experience.

Position 25: Payment System Officer

Education and Experience:

BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field of study with 2 years of relevant banking experience

Position 26: Research and Publication Officer

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration, Economics or related field of study with 2 years of related experience.

Position 27: ATM and POS Engineer

Education and Experience:

BSc/MSc/ in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field of study 2 years of relevant banking experience

Position 28: Attorney

Education and Experience:

LLB Degree in Law or other relevant Field of Study with 2 years of relevant experience

Position 29: Corporate MIS and Reporting Officer

Education and Experience:

BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field of study 2 years of relevant experience.

Position 30: Senior Store Management Officer

Education and Experience:

Diploma/Level IV in Procurement & Logistic Management, Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field of study with 5 years relevant experience

Position 31: Senior Administration Officer

Education and Experience:

BA degree in Procurement & Logistic Management, Management/Business Administration/ Accounting or related field of study 4 years relevant experience

Position 32: Junior Administrative Assistant

Education and Experience:

Diploma/Level IV in Secretarial Science and Office Management. Work experience is not required.
