Oromia Bank would like to invites qualified and competent applicants for the following positions.

Position 1: Branch Manager II

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA Degree in Management/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Accounting or any other related field of study with 7(seven) years of relevant experience and 2 (two) years of managerial experience is strongly preferred.

Place of Work: Kamissie Branch, Kamissie town (Dessie District) and Gobessa Branch, Gobessa (Adama District)

Position 2: Senior Total Rewards Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or related field of study with 4(four) years of related experience.

Place of Work: Head Office (HR Operations Directorate)

Position 3: Senior Product Development & Customer Management Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA in Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting/ Marketing or any other relevant field of study with 4(four) years of relevant experience

Place of Work: Head Office (Marketing and Research Directorate)

Position 4: Quantity Surveyor

Education & Experience Requirements:

BSc degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Technology and Management or related field of study with 2(two) years of related experience. Experience on quantity survey is advantageous

Place of Work:

Head Office (Construction Project Office)

Position 5: District Marketing Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA in Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting/ Marketing or any other relevant field of study with 2(two) years of relevant experience

Place of Work:

Finfinne City District Offices, and Adama District Office

Position 6: Branch Sales & Customer Service Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA degree or Diploma/ Level IV in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field of study with 1(one) year of banking experience for BA & 2(two) years for Diploma/Level IV.

Place of Work:

Branches found at Finfinne City

Position 7: District Maintenance Technician

Education & Experience Requirements:

Diploma in General Technician/ Electronics or other relevant field of study with 2(two) years relevant experience.

Place of Work:

Head Office (Procurement & Facility Management Directorate), Finfinne City District Offices and Outlying District Offices (Adama, Shashemane and Nekemte)

Position 8: Human Resources Clerk

Education & Experience Requirements:

Diploma / Level IV in Management/ Management Information System or related field of study with 2(two) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Place of Work:

Head Office (HR Operations Directorate)

Position 9: Engineer Aid

Education & Experience Requirements:

Diploma/ Level IV in Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering/ Project Management or related field of study. Having experience supporting Engineers is advantageous but not required.

Place of Work:

Head Office (Construction Project Office)
