Position 1: Branch Manager I

Required Education and Experience:
BA degree in Accounting/ Management/Business Administration/Economics
or related field of study with 6years direct banking experience while having experience on managerial position is advantageous

Workplace: Adama District (Harar & Sabian Branches)

Position 2: Senior District Credit Officer

Required Education and Experience:
BA degree in Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Economics or related field of study with 4 years direct banking experience of loan and credit operation

Workplace: Adama District Office

Position 3: District Credit Officer

Required Education and Experience:

Position 5: Senior Branch Sales and Customer Service Officer

Required Education and Experience:

Position 6: Branch Credit Officer

Required Education and Experience:
BA degree in Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Economics or related field of study with 2 years direct banking experience loan and credit operation.

Position 7: District Talent Acquisition Officer

Required Education and Experience:
BA degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related field of study with 2 years experience in human resource management particularly on the area of recruitment and selection, and work force planning

Workplace: For all District Offices (Finfinne City, Shashemene, Adama, Nekemte and Dessie Districts)

Position 8: Alternative Banking Officer

Required Education and Experience:
BA degree in Accounting Management/Business Administration/Economics or
related field of study with 2 years direct banking experience on the area of alternative and digital banking

Workplace: Head Office (Sales & CRM Directorate )

Position 9: Security Shift Leader

Required Education and Experience:
Diploma/Level IV in Military Science/Police Science and Leadership or
related field of study with 3 years of relevant experience or Completion of 10th Grade with 5 years of relevant experience on security area while having Military or Police training is must.

Position 10: Branch Sales and Customer Service Officer

Required Education and Experience:
BA degree or Diploma/Level IV in Management/Economics/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 1 year of relevant banking experience for BA and 2 years for Diploma/Level IV.

Workplace: Branches found under Adama District (For new branches to be opened around Hararghe, some part of East Shoa and Arsi zones)

Position 11: Motorist

Required Education and Experience:
Completion of grade 10 and 1st degree driving license for motor cycle with 2 years of experience in driving motor vehicles.

Workplace: Head Office (Procurement and Facility Directorate )
