Position 1: Senior Risk Management Officer

Education & Experience Requirements: BA degree in Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/Economics or related field of study with 5 years of relevant banking experience

Competency Requirements: Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competencies [proven experience in undertaking operational risk assessment, cyber security risks, third part risks, system failures and ability to prepare appropriate recommendation and report the result to concerning body.]

Additional/special skill: Knowledge of basic computer skill for all positions.

Place of Work: Head Office (Risk Management and Compliance Department)

Position 2: Senior Administration Officer (Re-Advertised)

Education & Experience Requirements: BA degree in Procurement & Logistic Management, Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field of study 4 years related experience.

Competency Requirements: Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competencies [ experience in Bill management, office cleaning of the Bank, Asset maintenance management, mail management, reception,  archive works, Vehicle fleet management of the Bank including its inventory]

Additional/special skill: Knowledge of basic computer skill for all positions.

Place of Work: Procurement and Facility Directorate and operation Support Directorate

Position 3: District Marketing Officer

Education & Experience Requirements: BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or any other relevant field of study with 2 years of relevant experience.

Competency Requirements: Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity & Trust, and Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] & Technical Competency  [ Knowledge of Marketing programs of the bank, ability to  Advertise, Sale, Promote, and the Banks  Brand and give support for branches ]

Additional/special skill: Knowledge of basic computer skill for all positions.

Place of Work: District Office

Position 4: Corruption Vulnerability Analyst

Education & Experience Requirements: BA Degree in Management, Law, Governance, Economics, Accounting Banking and Finance, psychology, sociology, social works,  journalism and other related fields with 2 years relevant experience.

Competency Requirements: Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competency [Ability to conduct corruption vulnerability and impact analysis, reporting ability, ability to conduct different types of research]

Position 5: Project Management Officer (Re-Advertised)

Education & Experience Requirements: BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field of study with 2 years of relevant experience

Position 6: Corporate MIS and Reporting Officer (Re-Advertised)

Education & Experience Requirements: BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field of study with 2 years of relevant experience

Competency Requirements: Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competencies [Technical skill and experience in developing operational plan, annual budget plan ,preparing consolidated corporate report of the Bank using spreadsheets; graphics and text or from the Dashboard]

Place of Work: Head Office (Strategy Management Directorate)

Position 7: SME Customer Relationship Manager

Education & Experience Requirements: MA/MBA/MSc/BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields of study 6 Years of relevant banking experience out of which at least 2 years in supervisory position

Competency Requirements: Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus] Leadership Competencies [Planning, priority Setting, Building team, decision Quality, Drive for Results] and Functional Competencies [Customer Relationship Management skill, knowledge of CRM related Software].

Additional/special skill: Knowledge of basic computer skill for all positions.

Place of Work: Head Office (Sales and CRM Directorate)

Position 8: District Planning and Monitoring Officer

Education & Experience Requirements: BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field of study 2 years of relevant experience

Competency Requirements: Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competencies [planning, and reporting ability, as well as proven experience in making follow up]

Position 9: Senior District Marketing Officer

Education & Experience Requirements: BA/ MA/ MBA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or any other relevant field of study with 4 years of relevant experience.
