Position 1: Attorney
Education & Experience Requirements:
- LLB Degree in Law or related field of study
- 2 years of relevant work experience

- Individual Competency: Action-Oriented, Interpersonal Skill, Problem Solving
- Functional Competency:
- Legal understanding
- Legal research

Position 2: Branch Manager II
Education & Experience Requirements:
- BA Degree in Economics, Business Management, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related field of study
- 7 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years at management level
Competency Requirements:
- Core Competencies: Building Teams, Decision Quality, Drive for Results, Planning, Priority Setting, Core Competencies
- Behavioral Competencies: Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity, and Trust
