Oromia Insurance Company S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Human Resources Service Officer (Re-Advertized)

Education :Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related fields

Minimum experience: Two (2) years of relevant work experience

N.B

Ability to work independently, like initiative and ability to give attention to priority of work and quality.

Fluency in both spoken & written English language and one or more others local languages.

Proficient is using computer, excellent communication & organizational skill

Work place: Head Office

Position 2: Senior Accountant

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance, Management or related fields of study from recognized higher learning institutions

Minimum experience: Four (4) years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years as an Accountant or 4 years as a Junior Accountant or equivalent positions

N.B

Ability to work independently, like initiative and ability to give attention to priority of work and quality.

Fluency in both spoken & written English language and one or more others local languages.

Proficient is using computer, excellent communication & organizational skill

Work place: Head Office

Position 3: Manager, Legal Recovery Division (Re-Advertized)

Education:  Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from recognized higher learning institution

Minimum experience: Seven (7) years of relevant work experience out of which 3 years as a Senior Attorney or equivalent position

N.B

Ability to work independently, like initiative and ability to give attention to priority of work and quality.

Fluency in both spoken & written English language and one or more others local languages.

Proficient is using computer, excellent communication & organizational skill

Work place: Head Office

Position 4: Director, Legal Services Directorate

Job Summery

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Legal Services Director is      responsible for providing legal services and guidance to the management   and employees of the Company so that the latter operate within the legal   and regulatory framework and represent the Company before courts of     law, quasi-judicial organs, tribunals, and other adjudicatory bodies in order     to safeguard the rights and interests of the Company from emerging legal   issues and assist the Company in reviewing, analyzing, and contributing to    the drafting and modification of various types of insurance policies,   contracts, and other transactional legal documents, as well as the  formulation, implementation, and/or amendment of Company policies and   procedures

Job Requirement

Education:  Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized higher learning institution and  preferably has a Master of Law (LLM) Degree.

Minimum experience: 10 years’ of relevant work experience, out of which 4 years shall be in a managerial position in legal services area or related

N.B

Ability to work independently, like initiative and ability to give attention to priority of work and quality.

Fluency in both spoken & written English language and one or more others local languages.

Proficient is using computer, excellent communication & organizational skill

Work place: Head Office of the Company

Position 5: Secretary (Re-Advertized)

Education:  Bachelor’s degree/TVET Level IV in Administrative Management, or Office  Management or related fields and 0/2 years of relevant work experience

  N.B

Ability to work independently, like initiative and ability to give attention to priority of work and quality.

Fluency in both spoken & written English language and one or more others local languages.

Proficient is using computer, excellent communication & organizational skill
