Position 1: Architect
Job Description:
- The design coordinator will work with designers, clients, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborates with other Architects, designers, and other professionals to develop Graphic designs and Architectural Design
- Give Architectural design comments based on standards and guidelines.
- Check Area statements from Architects based on standards and guidelines
- Fulfil client needs based on clients’ terms of reference
- Ensure everyone involved in the process is working towards the same goal
- Ensure designs meet identified project requirements.
Education: BSc in Architecture
Certificate in Graphic Design (Preferable) from a known college or University
Software Skills:
- InDesign, Photoshop, illustrator
- AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion,
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
- Creativity
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Required Competencies:
- Effective Communication with other employees and Clients
- Teamwork spirit
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work longer hours and holidays when needed
- Fluent in English and Amharic Language skills
- Willingness to work on other required office assistance tasks

Position 2: Executive Secretary
Job Summary
The Executive Secretary, accountable to the CEO-, performs the function of secretarial activities in the CEO’s Office; keeps records and maintains files; takes minutes of meetings; receives messages, schedules appointments to visitors with the CEO; transmits messages to concerned work units from the CEO.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs all secretarial activities like typing letters, study documents and others as needed by a computer drafting routine letters, sending and receiving e-mails and fax messages;
- Classifies material for filing, keeps a variety of records, compiles and prepares statistical and other data from such records;
- Opens, sorts and directs incoming mail and maintains control over incoming and outgoing correspondences;
- Takes & transcribes oral dictation, transcribes letters and prepares correspondences for the CEO’s signatures;
- Arranges and assembles materials for staff meetings;
- Receives visitors to the CEO’s Office, arranges appointments and keeps the CEO up-to-date on matters requiring his attention;
- Handles petty cash fund as per the established financial procedures for miscellaneous expenses;
- Answers and clarifies business inquiries of routine nature on her own;
- Reminds appointments and gathers materials or information on the subjects under consideration;
- Answers and screens telephone calls to the CEO or other appropriate officials;
- Transmits messages, instructions etc. from the CEO to other work units;
- Proof read letters and for error corrections before signature by superior for official release;
- Operates Fax, Copy Machine, and related office equipment;
- Requests office supplies by checking the existing inventory records;
- Maintains confidentiality in all matters of verbal and written information;
- Prepares material for mailing, sorts and files correspondence, locates and removes data from files;

BA in Management or Office Management, Secretarial Science and Office Management or related field and minimum 8 years experience.

Job Requirements:
BSC/ Level 4 Mechanical /Automotive or related field and Minimum of 15 years related work experience.

Position 4: Senior Mechanic
Job Requirements:
BSC Degree / Level 4 Diploma in Mechanical /Automotive or related Minimum of 15 years related experience.

Position 5: Maintenance Officer
Job Requirements:
BSc in Mechanical Engineer or related fields and 8 years work experience

Position 6: Structural Engineer
Job Requirements:
BSc in Structural Engineering or related field and 7 years experience
