OVID REAL ESTATE PLC Would like to Employee Qualified and Competent Candidates for the following Positions. Ovid Real Estate is a sister company of Ovid Construction, which has extensive experience in the construction industry and is part of Ovid Group.
Ovid Real Estate uses modern construction technologies that reduce construction time by more than half and produce quality buildings. The company implements innovative solutions in the engineering, design and strategy sectors with the potential to create aesthetically marvelous space.
Position 1: Digital Marketing Specialist
- Degree: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field provides a strong base.
- A minimum of 5 years experience
- Proficiency in paid social (Meta, TikTok), search engines (Google Ads), SEO, email marketing.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude).
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing best practices and CRM systems.
- Content creation and copywriting skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies (AI, virtual tours
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Accountant
Education: MA/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An associate degree or equivalent qualification may be acceptable with relevant experience.
Work Experience: 6 years of accounting experience, ideally in an entry-level accounting or bookkeeping position.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Accountant
Education: MA/BA degree in Accounting or Finance & formal accounting designation is preferred.
Work Experience: 6 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles. Prior experience in a supervisory or senior accounting role is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Odoo) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
