Position 1: Director, Finance and Grants
Qualification and Experience:
- Master in business administration (MBA), Finance or similar degree in relevant field and ACCA certification is an added advantage.
- 10 years’ experience with minimum of 5 years of senior experience in financial management and management of Grants and Contracts, including demonstrated senior staff management experience.
- Demonstrated experience implementing US Government Agreements and/or Contracts for an INGO.
- Familiarity with international health, development issues and the international donor community;
- Outstanding demonstrated narrative business writing skills;
- Outstanding teamwork and communication skills, especially with professionals from a different background;
- Fluency in spoken and written English, comfort with public speaking and excellent writing and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office.

Position 2: WASH Business Capacity Lead (Re-advertised)
Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience, including four (4) years at a supervisory/managerial level.
OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, including six (6) years at a supervisory/managerial level.
- Demonstrated experience in relevant areas of business capacity development, such as small business management, supply chain strengthening, private sector delivery of water and sanitation products and services, sales and marketing, and social entrepreneurship.
- Experience providing business capacity development support, training, and coaching and liaising with private sector suppliers in the sanitation, hardware or construction industry; and/or design and implementation of sales and marketing programs in emerging market contexts.
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, strong oral and written communication skills and ability to create presentations for impact.
- Proficiency in English and Amharic languages, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout Ethiopia.

Position 3: Director, Partnership and Field Implementation
Qualification and Experience:
Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Health Management, Business Administration or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience out of which four (4) years at a Managerial level
OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Public Health Management, Business Administration or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience out of which four (4) years at a Managerial level
- Demonstrated experience in managing donor-funded HIV, WASH, FP programs;
- Good understanding and relationship with central and regional government
- Demonstrated experience in managing remote regional offices, and in health systems structures across regions in Ethiopia, with decentralized program implementation across health programs focused on prevention, care and support
- Proficient in English and local languages, both written and verbal communication

Position 4: Lead, Supply Chain and Fleet
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in a related field of Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain required.
- At least 7 years of related experience out of which 3 years in managerial role. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted.
- Working knowledge of ERP and database management systems.
- Working knowledge of donor procurement requirements.
- Strong leadership & organizational skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Demonstrated people management experience.
- Minimal travel required
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Amharic
- Experience developing procurement systems and procedures.
- Highly patient and professional individual who enjoys working on a cross-functional team in a fast paced work environment.
- Open to feedback and willing to listen to the departments’ feedback to make improvements and raise the profile of the procurement department·
- Service oriented individual with the ability to push back on others to enforce systems and procedures
- Highly ethical individual holds themselves and others to the highest ethical standards
