Premier Switch Solutions S.C would like to invite qualified and interested job seekers to apply for the following different vacant position.

Position 1: Senior Project Management Officer

Description of Duties:

  • Involve in the implementation of the strategic direction of the IT infrastructure, environments system administration.
  • Manage the implementation of the IT policy, procedures and documents.
  • Perform the design, setup, installation, integration and operation of system to meet the business’ requirements.
  • Manage all servers, back-up devices, operating systems and environmental systems are installed, configured and always functioning optimally.
  • Manage and monitor all servers and storages
  • Perform corrective and periodic preventive maintenance of system equipment’s.
  • Perform cleaning and dust removal of the servers and storage
  • Work with vendor and monitor all system infrastructure support activities.
  • Manage the delivery of systems and other projects.
  • Conduct periodic system infrastructure performance metrics.
  • Involve in the design of system capacity planning and build business continuity.
  • Involve in the execution of upgrade and migration of system infrastructures
  • Manage high availability, confidentiality, integrity and reliability of system infrastructure.
  • Provide support services to users within established SLAs;
  • Work with all relevant IT and other work units in the group.
  • Involve in research of system technologies and standards like servers and storages
  • Build knowledge base from the lessons learned.
  • Provide training, coaching and mentoring of employees within the department towards effective career development.
  • Prepare periodic reports
  • Attend incidents, interruptions, malfunctions, and system quality reductions at any moment
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
  • Job Requirements

Qualification & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Management Information system or a related field.
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Training in prince2 or PMI preferable.
  • Experience with one or more Project Management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBOK preferable.
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous.

Position 2: – Executive Assistant

Description of Duties

  • Ensure that the CEO office is always clean, ready and attractive for work and customer handling.
  • Do receptions, respond to enquiries, correspondence both telephone and written directed to respective offices.
  • Prepare and dispatch letters, e-mail, scanning, copying and binding internal memos and other materials to member banks and other organs.
  • File of all documents and correspondence to and from the respective office
  • Maintain the CEO calendar and schedule of appointments, screen requests for meetings, and synchronize office and personal diaries to ensure that appointments do not overlap.
  • Organize and coordinate all logistics including travel arrangements for the CEO meetings and conferences (both internal & external
  • Oversee the prompt collection and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail in the respective office.
  • Ensure the availability of office supplies at the CEO office.
  • Organize the filing and retrieval of files and documents in order to ensure that they are secure and accessible
  • Maintain efficient and effective communication channels between the CEO office, the Board, other departments and external customers to ensure professional interface and superior customer service.
  • Handle petty cash.
  • Draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO as appropriate.
  • Coordinate the preparation of both local and international itineraries for the CEO and confirm travel bookings and hotel reservations
  • Record register and file letters, minutes, circulars, reports, and other related materials for the CEO.
  • Provide safe custody of correspondence files and other materials of confidential nature.
  • Manage the CEO office and assist the CEO on day to day routines.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management or a related field
  • At least 2 years relevant experience.

Position 3: – Senior Internal Auditor

Description of Duties:

  • Involve in the formulation and implementation of the Audit strategy.
  • Involve in the development of audit charter, policies, framework and procedures for Audit function and lead in their implementation through the continuous review.
  • Involve in development of annual a risk-based internal audit plan and development of audit program.
  • Conduct regular audits of all offices to ensure that up to date financial records are kept and that approved management and finance procedures are followed.
  • Evaluate the organization systems and applications are controlled, reliable, efficient, secure and effective.
  • Examine internal IT controls, evaluate the design and operational effectiveness, determine exposure to risk, and suggest remediation strategies.
  • Conduct IT audits and reviews of systems, applications and IT processes.
  • Perform pre and post-implementation reviews of system implementations or enhancements.
  • Conduct IT security audits (e.g. network, operating system and data-center), including evaluating if security vulnerabilities are properly identified and mitigated. Coordinate the scope and performance of these reviews with business units and external security experts.
  • Assess risk, evaluate internal controls, review financial and operational systems and appraise standards of business conducts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures.
  • Examine and analyze all accounting records, documents and systems of the organization to ensure financial recording, accuracy and compliance with established international standards, statutory requirements, procedure and internal controls.
  • Carry out compliance audit for the organization to ensure its compliance to National Bank of Ethiopia, the legal and statutory requirements of the country.
  • Ensure proper system of documentation of audit work papers/tests for evidence and reference when required
  • Ensure proper utilization of resources and provide assurance on their optimal use
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and recommend on ways to improve internal controls.
  • Follow up on findings and recommendations agreed during internal audits to ensure they are implemented in accordance to the audit reports;
  • Prepare periodic rectification reports
  • Making Follow-up of rectifications and confirming that corrective actions are taken as per Audit recommendations.
  • Conduct special investigation as assigned.
  • Report audit findings.
  • Provide training, coaching and mentoring of employees within the department towards effective career development.
  • Involve in the preparation of the budget for the unit.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, MIS, or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a busy audit office.
  • Training on financial audit and information system audit is preferable.
  • Professional certification in ACCA/CISA/CIA is advantageous.

Description of Duties:

  • Formulate and lead the implementation of the corporate strategy.
  • Formulate and implement the Innovation, Business and Marketing & Branding strategies.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Innovation, Business and Marketing & Branding functions.
  • Lead the company’s growth by coordinating the design and implementation of the company’s corporate strategy and plans, and monitoring enterprise performance against key performance metrics and indicators.
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, PR, promotional activities in liaison with business unit leaders.
  • Develop the marketing strategy of new and existing products and services.
  • Review transformation plan deliverables, with a customer-centric focus and the flexibility to adjust to new innovations, regulations, and priorities.
  • Spearhead the development of tools to facilitate research, proofs of concepts, and roadmap Spearheaded items.
  • Conduct new product and service feasibility study, benchmark survey, customer satisfaction survey, and marketing, company, industry and country-wide research.
  • Lead the development and presentation of research proposals to management for approval.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring of work units, and employees on strategy development and implementation.
  • Prepare periodic strategy implementation, and operational and project performance reports at the corporate level.
  • Involve in the development of business continuity and ensure the communication of change management plan.
  • Prepare periodic reports.

Qualification & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 8 years experience, 3 of which should have been in a managerial role
  • Experience in business and product development, marketing, and public relations is preferable.
  • Relevant professional certification is advantageous.
