Requirements:

- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating compelling visual content

Position 3: Credit Collector & Marketer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit collection and marketing roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
- Age between 25 and 45 years.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the collection process for outstanding debts and delinquent accounts.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our credit products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure timely and successful collection of payments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expanding our credit services.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and marketing performance to senior management.
Position 4: Office Engineer
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
- Age between 25-35 years
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The Office Engineer will be responsible for supporting project managers and field engineers in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects.
This role will involve a mix of office-based duties such as preparing reports, analyzing data, and project documentation, as well as occasional field work to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
