Position 1: Internship Opportunity for Architects and Urban Planners

Internship Details:
Duration: 3-month internship (with possibility of extension)
Location: Mexico sengatera
Requirements: Currently enrolled in an accredited Architecture or Urban Planning program
Commitment: 10-15 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Event Coordinator (Vendors and Guests Manager)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management/public relations/Marketing management.
- At least 3 years experience as an event coordinator/relevant work experience.
Requirements and Skills:
- Ability to manage and oversee numerous, complex projects;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of event planning and execution;
- Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills;
- Outstanding vendor management skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to schedule and efficiently carry out activities within a given timeline;
- Ability to work as a team;
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Heavy Equipment Operator and Maintenance Technician
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or certification in a field related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Aged between 25-45 years old.
- Possess more than 4 years of experience in the coffee industry.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Proficient in diagnosing equipment malfunctions and performing repairs.
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to heavy equipment.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Executive Secretary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Services Management, Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience as an executive secretary or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Position 5: General Manager, Technical Operation
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree (MSc/MBA or above) in Agriculture, Agri-Economics, Agribusiness, Agri Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in operation management within the agriculture sector
- Proven track record in corporate value chain management
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills
- Excellent data analysis capabilities and understanding of operational metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
